No. Sometimes I 'hum' something that is neither "uh huh" nor "uh uh".. That way they don't know what I said.
More like "uh.." or "hmmm" (and pretend I'm still thinking about it)... If they continue - I give a very bank "well I don't know..." or "I'm not sure.. Perhaps.."
If they are really persistent.. I say "I'll think about it".

I already made plans with my sister, and my friend texted me to go to the beach.

...I was thinking, aww crap I already have plans, but I need to go to the beach man.

but me and my sis have been suppose to go shopping together since Thursday...and she keeps 'not being up for it'. I understand, work can be draining.

But I figured she would be fine if I blew her off...there is always Sunday.

But then my friend told me that she was already at the beach. This beach that I've never been to. And its far and I'm not too familiar with the area...So I was like EFF that. lol Even though I immediately said yes.

But then I had to text her like "aw I forgot I already made plans with my sister."

I know so annoying, but I know she'll get over it, it not like I do that all the time.

I'm a "yes or "maybe! I'll get back to you." person. I hate it when people constantly back out of pre-planned things, so I try to only say an absolute yes to things that I know I'm going to make the effort to go to, which is most things. I may be late for everything but if I say I'll do something, I'll usually go out of my way to make it happen. Then once we're out, I'm usually the person trying to convince people not to go home lol

mercury in libra opposing mars; mercury making a trine to jupiter.. but there's also a square to chiron which makes me unbelievably a stickler for things being said precisely to mean what is being said; i can be a little too serious sometimes, so i try to lighten up from time to time.

i make sure i can, when i'll tell someone that i'll do something and if i can't, i'll ponder it and let it sink in or trust my feelings or i'll come flat out and then correct it and make a mental note of it for next time.

i have no problem saying no.

with mercury also in square to neptune, i'm even more conscious of it; don't know if it's because of astrology and me knowing it but i've always been that way.. i've been the one to say something like for ex: my mom had a boyfriend who had a stutter and even though i was young, i didn't know what it was and one day he asked me something and it came out, so i kinda laughed and poked fun at him and i'm not sure if i meant to make fun, but i lol'ed n then.. well, u get the point.

i don't know how it happens, but the truth HAS to come out! if i feel something, have to say something, don't know what, but i won't keep it in.. i really fight for what i believe in... if i'm uncomfortable in a place or don't like it, if for some reason i don't respect whoever is in charge or someone who thinks they're some b.s. type of authority, i let em know..

i've found that when i don't, something then happens to make me either get the hell out of there or say it (it's proven to be in heated outbursts) til i decided to stop putting myself in situations like that so i just get it out and say it because one way or another, i know myself... lol so i just accept it and work with it
