Okay, I will try to be as honest, forthright and well quick about this situation I need help with. My ex husband and I have been separated for almost two years. We have everything mostly figured out except for the family homestead. Neither of us felt we could afford it by ourselves, alone, one of us can "almost" afford it.
We have rented it out to people that had the intentions of buying the home, but wanted to start renting it out (my ex hubby found the people). Long story short, they moved in and their fincial situation changed, and they can barely make payments on time and are really bad about paying rent on time and are rather dodgy about it. It has hurt both of ours credit, cause otherwise, he and I would have great credit, I have really fought hard to have that great credit too 
Well, we have decided to kick them out. My ex wants to let the house go into forclosure and file for bankrupcty. I want to move back in and see if the bank will help me do a loan modification. I have already talked to the bank about this said idea and they won't even consider it without me living there first. I don't want to file for bankrupcty, my ex is of the opinion that after 3 years everything will be fine and we can buy homes and blah blah blah..my dad says otherwise. So my ex is being difficult, because that is what he does best, gets us into bad money situations and then doesn't take any credit for his actions, some how it always manages to come back to my fault, not sure how but it does. It is one of the major reasons for our divorce, his need to control and make decisions with little to no logic or research.
So here is the question, I am planning on moving back into the family homestead and see if I can work it out. My boyfriend of a year is going to be moving in with me, slowly (long story how that is going to work out!)...I don't want to rely on him money wise, I would really rather be completely independant. What do you all see? I will post my solar return and my natal with transits.

I am just gonna say my feeling.I am not good with transits or solar return really especially when decisions need to be made lolMy feeling is YOU should move in to the house.I feel this very strongly. I am not speaking to your relationship with your B/f at all ,now.
I do not feel that with respect to THIS.I just feel you should move in.
You should NOT lose the house  ------------------

Ami, all these weirdo things are happening in my life and my apartment right now. I am having plumbing problems, even my kids are having plumbing problems!!! well minor accidents really, and then I am having health issues too. All kinda with simular themes. I am sooooo overwhelmed and honestly, scared.IP: Logged |

I was JUST thinking I don't know HOW you do it.I am so afraid of every little thing and you have a torrent of things!!!!

I just may take you up on that. I don't believe in living in fear and to let fear control everything you do, however, right now I am totally gripped in fear and dealing with a man that will not see reason and really doesn't care to. he has his opinions and you can't change them..he knows everything.It will have to be a little later today..I have the boys.

Ami, dont know if my interpretation is right,but your natal 4th ruler (pluto) is not making any particular transit or aspect that could indicate housing issues. you have natally neptune square moon and this can indicate some disspaointment with home in your life in general. in your solar return, your moon in capricorn (same gender as in natal) aparently issues in the years regarding moon when in same gender tend to go smoothly. my two cents IP: Logged |
