New Moon? Full Moon?

What transits would be best suited for an amicable separation? I want to request to be LAID OFF because I do absolutely nothing at work and I have no idea why they keep me around. There's no work for me! I'm literally on Facebook and LL more than actually working. It's such a strange backward situation compared to other companies, so I'm not really sure what to do. I want them to get rid of me.

I don't want to sound arrogant, but I think they keep me around because I'm very intelligent. The management team is not. I've become the office girl friday, so when someone's computer breaks down I can actually open it up and fix it all up for them. We're a startup, and no one knows how to fix the modem when it goes down! Seriously! And all you have to do is reset the modem. I was the one who had to call the internet company and increase our bandwidth. It's so ridiculous.

I want to be laid off because I just cannot stand the lack of leadership, being surrounded by spoiled rich kids who decided to create a "startup company" to make themselves look cool, and I'm literally going insane! Depressed even!

Phew. Sorry about that tangent. I'm just very upset right now.

If it was me I would never leave a job like that...

"I will bring my guitar in tomorrow ok.?"

In answer to you though, just be ready to walk away from any thing/person/situation that displeases you.

Don't wait for guidance, follow your own heart as to when to do it, if it doesn't feel right... what is that telling you.? is it going to improve or not?

I would say when you have another job lined up but I never took my own advice-I once quit a job after 4 years and it was a well paying but I cried everyday on the way to work-I made sure i had enough savings to cushion me (Cancer in the 2d) anddid not find another job for 6 months but I did and have been at it for 10 years. I don't cry on my way to work either.

It sounds like you are frustrated-do you have Uranus in the 6th or Leo in the 6th. I have a cousin who has both and has changed jobs a lot but is very good at what she does and easily frustrated by the bumbling idiots she workd with. I think we all feel a little of that since they are everywhere

Astrologically I don't know the answer.

I have nothing in the 6th house. I have Pisces in the 6th, and my Neptune is in the 3rd house.

The company is a Ponzi scheme. I'm almost positive that it is. I work for a startup/web development company. We have 100 employees in three different offices which make an average of $37.5 a year. That's $3.75 million dollars paid out a year. Not to mention that in our LA office our rent for our full-floor + private patio is $30k a month plus $300 each week for GROCERIES our boss' assistant buys for our company and free yoga classes and BBQs. I haven't even investigated into how much our SOHO office in NY spends. And all of it is being paid by "investors". The company has been around for THREE YEARS. Apparently, we have 12 investors and I'm estimating that we've spent well over $4.5million not including the luxury vacations my boss and his partner take almost every other week that is paid for with the company card. I know all this because I've become good friends with our CEO's personal assistant and she tells me everything - that she knows. So I would like to invite all of you to do that math on how much each investor would have to invest into the company to keep us afloat up to just NOW.

Also, we've had about 7 maybe 8 clients in the past 2 years (the first year was spent building our social media site which I will not mention on here but it's not popular at all). I have all the previous client files because their sales guy quit and I inherited his computer. Our HR girl, who is actually just our boss' rich friend he parties with (who has never had a previous job and is one year older than me) as is the case with everyone else who is hired to management, was dumb enough to give it to me and not remove any of the client files or invoices. We charge, at most, $150,000 for website design and marketing. Even with the clients we've had, none of them are loyal and have come back for work (we have NO clients right now), and it doesn't explain how we can even afford rent for one office nonetheless THREE - one of which is in INDIA!

It's insane.

I've been feeling that way to, and I just had the full lunar eclipse in my 6th House (Sag)

I'm going through the exact same thing. I can't find anything that fits me, but I cry at work and can't stand working there anymore. The pay isn't enough, and the bosses are complete morons. I've had many jobs and I always do them well, but I'm always completely unsatisfied. When I'm done school next year I fully plan on working for myself.

I have Saturn, Uranus and Neptune in the 6th house. Yeah...I'm screwed.

MY GOD!!!!

I know how you feel, those are just small basic things and the IT Industry is like that.

I use to think that everyone knew the basics, but started to wonder that now to be honest.

I think you should get out soon, all of the tech companies that have run into the ground have been a result of managerial incompetence.

You guys aren't doing anything inovative, anyone can design and build a webpage sometimes even host it themselves for 2% of what you guys are charging.

Eventually, the investors will want to get out.

The problem with the IT Field:

1) Lack of awareness, staff/people are not always technically, inclined but they think they are.

An excellent example are all the people who think macs are better and I have to be cautious saying this, the reality is its the operating system thats the problem not the hardware, and those same people don't even know whats behind the computer case.
Of course it doesn't matter now its all about mobile devices and applications.

2)You'll either work in a crappy place or in a really great place. Theres is no in between.

I finished college then started working as a web administrator in 2 unmamed goverment departments. My boss didn't even now how to code basic html tables and css.

I had to get out of there, luckly I was under 24, so I got out and am now working towards another degree. I'm half way done.

So I know how you feel working with people who may not now much.

Well, since you have some IT on your CV you could apply so some other tech company. Or seing how you know how its done start your own company, maybe recpies over the internet, but more unique.
