I just noticed my MC/IC/SN/NN are all exactly 90/180 degrees from each other.

Is this considered a Grand Cross (considering the perpetual opposing nature of the MC/IC & SN/NN)?

If so, would that manifest as a feeling of being trapped between experiences in the past hindering future potentials? Can anyone share their Grand Cross experiences?

Well you don't really need it to be a 'typical Grand Cross' for this to be a potential manifestation.
Both Mc and NN axis are of prime importance in the chart, along with Asc axis of course. The squares could be felt as tension.
