How much influence do Parallels have in Synastry? I read that they're a minor version of the conjunction, but the orb can be no larger than a 1 degree.

So let's say someone's Moon Parallels & Quintiles another's Jupiter, does having a double-minor aspect make it as strong as a major aspect?
