Hi
People have always had strong reactions to pluto it seems that pluto strong brings out reactions that polarize.
When i think of plutonians there is marie curie who is respected for doing all that work and doing it solitary a lot of the time, amelia earheart who did the flying and disappeared, madonna, gweneth paltrow, mick jagger, michael jackson and several people i know who at times I love and at others I loathe (so again extreme reactions on both sides).
A strong pluto is supposed to be a survivors aspect. However the life stories of plutonians above are so varied the common link seems to be strength.
What is it about people with strong Pluto to others, can you think of any other famous examples?

i'm a very Plutonian person..Scorp ASC/Scorp Venus in 1st/Scorp Pluto conjunct ASC/Pluto sextile Sun..

i feel the polarizing effect. i'll be the first to admit that i can be the most compassionate, understanding, loyal friend and turn right around to become the most deceiving, back-stabbing one. a lot of relationships have been ruined because of that.

For me, personally, this happens with people in positions of high standing or power. That could be authority figures (teachers and cops, for example), the popular crowd (mostly girls), people who think everything is popularity contest, or even when I challenge people's supposed "authority" on any subject they tend to react so oddly. My peers keep their distance until (if ever) they decide to get to know me. Last week I went through hell and I believe that this energy was involved.

My Pluto is in the 10th (figures) and it sextiles a Moon/Lilith conjunction in the 8th, and trines my water mercury.

Very plutonic life, his ex denise richards had moon in scorpio to boot!

Depends on the type of plutonic person some are backstabbers some have risen above that. Marie Curie and emilia earhart are of the better examples, as is elizabeth kubler ross.

I love Keanu Reeves, not just for his looks but for the choices he makes. His films inspire me and he is so understated which makes him all the more influential in my eyes.

Doesn't Kate Winslet have a libra stellium in first house? (so aries, libra, pluto strong). Thats quite a mix and would explain her obsession with her appearance.

BUT do you notice the mates he chooses? Anything but that.

And Kate Winslet there for a Libra pluto representative. Libra Pluto definitely has appearance obsession, I'm of this generation, it has got to look good so that they can move forward feeling prepped and ready for action. They know they cannot put out a funky looking product no matter how good it works, and being on her Asc with the Sun and Moon she likely sees herself as a brand that needs continual overhaul and should always be topped with a gloss of refinement.

It is interesting that Kate and Leonardo DiCaprio both have very strong pluto.
He is not only a multiple scorpio but also has moon conjunct pluto.
Maybe this explains their ease of working together who knows? And of course they are of the same generation.

OK I could have done without the examples from Nero's life, But I have dated 2 younger men who had Sun conj Pluto in Scorpio and they were amazing to me and could be described as this from that link, "Sun/Pluto is not about frills or fluff. Sun conjunct Plutos effect is like an over-exposed photo where you are the photo, stripping you bare and getting to your essence. There is no hiding from its glare, it is relentless." Meaning that they lived their lives completely in touch with their wounds and their vulnerabilities. (Swoon!) They couldn't sidestep them if they tried and they laid it all out for you to see, if you even got talking to them for a minute you could see it written everywhere. I have a strong Pluto myself so maybe that was the connection. BUT It's the people with Pluto in Scorp that I've been most impressed with, vs. the others when talking about Sun conj.

Sun conjunct pluto, venus conjunct pluto (almost exact)here, about the "invisible force field" around plutonians...one of my biggest problems with meeting new people, particularily men, is that people seem very intimidated by me (even when I was a child) I have been told by men that I am very unapproachable and that I give off a tough/ no-nonsense vibe. Most of the time, this couldn't be further from the truth, I am simply being myself. Does anyone else feel this way? How do you overcome it?

My girlfriend is strongly Plutonian, with Pluto conjunct Scorpio ASC. In our synastry, we have double sun/moon conjunctions, Pluto conjunct Pluto.

It's interesting, I have strong attractions to all the actors listed above as being Plutonian.

Myself, I have Pluto in Scorpio in the seventh house. Does that mean I seek out people who are strongly Plutonian?
