New Moon in Leo – King of the Hill – July 30, 2011

This is one cranky New Moon. In some ways, this is setting the stage for a few major events that will be occurring over the next several months. Mercury is just before his stationary retrograde position. This position also ties into Mars. Mars will be in Virgo for 8 months starting in November. More on that later, though.

This is the New Moon in Leo. It takes place on Saturday July 30 at 1:39pm CST. The Sun will be shining in true Leo fashion at the top of the sky, getting everyone’s attention as he shines so brightly. You’ll want to be seen, too. But, you won’t be the only one vying for the top of the hill. Competition is in the air, and it could get ugly out there! Don’t let your relationships be the battleground. Someone will have to back down.
