I would like to ask you a question .You are prolly an expert in twin Astrology.
I am a total newbie

For example, if a woman had a C section the babies would be born a few seconds apart.
So, would you assign the older one the ASC and the next one 3 ASC up.
I think you told me this part.

OK this is my more important question. Is the only thing that changes in the two charts the house rulers?

I would assume the answer would be "Yes"

Ok, so are the house rulers ENOUGH to make people so very different as are most twins.

Yes it's enough as the house rulers change. You have different actions for each house.

Not powerful, just different to the other persons ASC. Like they wouldn't have the same job. Different 6th house ruler to show which type of job.
