I am a Scorpio Sun-combust-Pluto, Pisces Moon and everything I feel, I feel INTENSELY. Things used to feel very extreme and out of control when I was younger, but as I've gotten older I find I relate more and more to my moon sign... and that very little about perceived emotional power plays need to be as derailing as they once were.

I'm currently dating a Gem-Sun, Scorpio Moon-conjunct-Pluto and the duality of his character takes some getting used to. Gem wants to be airy and glib, yet Scorpio Moon with some hard Uranus aspects is seething underneath for control and stability. And power. I love Scorpio Moons for the inherent power that they can embody, if only harnessing it wasn't a lifelong process.

The thing that puzzles me most is... I'm very familiar with Scorpio tendency toward secretiveness, not allowing glimpses of the turbulence through the facade. So if this is your MOON sign, like who you feel you are deep down, it's almost like this is Scorpio Moon's innermost secret and it becomes hard to describe because it rarely manifests in observable form?

Just musing.

I've only gotten to know two Scorpio moons well - one a Leo sun and the other a Sagittarius sun. The Leo was way more inclined towards narcissism then the Sag, who was more concerned with being a good person to the point where it could seem self serving and narcissistic, even though it came from a sincere place.

Both are very charming. I had SO much fun with both, great jokes, great camaraderie, but when I least expected it, it's like a black hole would suck in their personality and this demon could come forth and randomly accuse you of the most outrageous things. Such deep, deep paranoia bubbling beneath the surface in both of them. I loved them both very deeply but damn, that is a LOT to deal with. I hate to do this in general but I just had to sever ties with both of them. How can you lash out at me and then be adorable and lovely at the drop of a hat all over again and expect me to trust you again? It's terrible because both of them had such a good heart! But yin and yangs of that magnitude, I swear.. I had to save some sanity for myself and just walk away.

(One was a best friendship and the other one was romantic)

a typical Scorpio Moon song would be "Feel" by Robbie Williams, i was (still kinda am) his biggest fan his songs put me through high school and all the awkwardness, i really connected with him and just recently i discovered why.. he too is a scorpio moon!!

looking at his life so far, he started out happy in a boy band, left them like yesterday's trash became a record breaking pop star, and now he's back with them!! he battled depression, went to rehab on his 33rd birthday, that was his breaking point, but now he's happy and married and im so grateful!

point is, like every other moon in the solar system, we have our battles to fight. though they are usually heavier and more over bearing for our otherwise -dare i say- tender heart, scorpio mooners can and will eventually learn to be happy! of course i have the blessing of an optimistic Libra sun

My mom use to wonder that about me.
But naw, I know I'm not I was just having a hard time back then.

Honestly some people today try to call me dits. And it really doesn't matter since the ones who try to point at me like that, are less sucsessful than me. And sometimes I will say 'well I got this, this and that going on for me, so I must be doing something right that your not doing.' Yea that shuts them up. Like my cousin's husband who droped out of high school, and works a job that doesnt really reqire being educated.
It's useally those kinds of people.
But seriously what's up with that!?

Just cause I smile alot and have good pair of...ya know, and am nice most of the time.

It's always the ones that don't have much going on themselves that want to call me a dits or make a coment that I should die my hair blonde.

Once in a while I'll slip out a coment like. 'Calling me dumb, wont make you smatter or make you look better. And the way I act seems to be working out just fine for me, unlike you.' LOL

(Sorry that kind of came out of nowhere, one of my friends from highschool, who obviously isn't one of my closest friends has been trying to call me a dits lately. And she has no idea, what I got going on beneath the surface...like she seriously underestimates what goes on in my head)

A question if I may: I was not aware of the similarity of a moon pluto conj and a moon in scorpio. I have an exact conj of moon and pluto in 25 degrees which I understand to be a critical degree and quite loaded in itself and this conj is located in my 12th house. I do notice reading allthe negative trats of scorpio I tend to outdo them at their own game tho andalways figured it was due to a huge amount of leo placements in my chart I havealways tended to attract scorpios and I have often felt like a snake handler in those relationships often breaking into their sacred secret life outdoing them in intensity and usually leaving them drained Sorry to describethat way but anyone with experience knows whatI speak of I would appreciate any insight and links to articles on the subject much thanks in advance!

Hi
Have had quite a bit of experience on a personal level with scorpio moons. For celebrities Jordan/katie price shows how clever and cunning the mix of gemini/scorp is; she has made a lot of money and made herself famous. She has intelligence to get herself where she has got to. Its interesting how often scorpios and leos are attracted to each other (j-lo and diddy as one celeb example and jordan with alex reid).

Regarding the moon pluto conjunction being like a scorpio moon, yes and no. for example I have it virgo/libra so there is a focus on practicalities and relationships but then you need to take house placement focus into consideration too. Mystic medusa calls the conjunction scorped up a lot but my moon pluto is nothing like my sisters scorp moon (there is only 18 months between us). She is a lot more secretive than me. My conjunction wouldn't even be seen as a conjunction by some as its 9 degrees orb.

My grandad had a tight moon pluto conjunction both in cancer and in this case mystic medusa was right, he was very intense, somewhat secretive and had lots of cancer attributes. I don't think tight moon pluto conjunctions are always positive, they can be a blind spot in the personality that everyone else but you sees. Would advise you to check out the orb of the conjunction.

I'm a cancer sun, scorpio moon with a gemini venus. I'm very intense and complex. I don't do it on purpose but I have this habit of coming across very laid back and light hearted, fun to be around. This seems to attract men very easily, but God help them if they enter in to a relationship with me When my feelings come in to play then it's BOOM! Complex, over emotional, over analytical, over sensitive crazyness.... one minute I want my freedom, the next I want to be loved.
Poor guys. It takes a really strong guy to handle my moods and emotions. The type of guy who won't put up with any bulls*** but who also can reassure me that he cares. All of that aside, I'm a lovely person

I dont have moon in scorpio but, I have pluto in scorpio in 8th house trining moon in pisces. So i feel every part of it. But I love these placement because it gives me good emotional power and also strenght in crisis moments in fact i feed on them(crisis moments). Even i am a moon and ascendant pisces guy, i can hide my emotion in a way that people from outside thinks me as a non-emotional guy. I dont how i achieved it but i think i must thank to the PLuto .

I have the 8th house Moon instead of Scorpio and its sextile pluto, and I can relate every bit to the emotional extremism attached to Scorpio Moon. That's what sets me apart from a typical Virgo Moon, I think.

I've been trying to figure out what truly sets me apart from Scorpio Mooners but all the saline definitions didn't really resonate? Yes, the house is the "area" but for some reason *this* house gives the Moon the same intensity and the same sense (I do have water placements too, that dont help). I guess it is the quality: I still consider myself an Earth Moon, but its dunked in a pool of dark water. I also have a good friend who is a Scorpio Moon and there was a scenario where we both against another friend who pretty much insulted us both. I've pretty much obliterated the ex-friend from my mind and moved on and I thought Scorpio was similar like that, but my friend (Scorpio Moon) occasionally gives hints that she's holding on to that.

I'm a Cancer so I've had my moments too when I've been left resentful and holding on to past slight/insults/hurts, but these days that only happens when I feel its unresolved. In that situation, I felt satisfied that we gave that callous person a piece of our minds (ie. ripping her a new one).

the friend of mine was born in 1980. oh yes, she has a magnetic charm. are you a nymphomaniac too?

she's also a fire-void (almost, she just has Neptune in Sagittarius), which really puzzles me because she is really passionate and easy to ignite. i wonder it's her intercepted Aries in the 1st house.

it also feels like she is lacking Earth, but that's not true, she got Mars, Jupiter and Saturn in Virgo. but it feels like her head is flying off high most of the time. she is a mystery to me.

but on contrary to how others here explained, she does not have the sort of emotional disaster, as long as i can tell. she is really terrible at explaining and her stories are really redundant and exhausting... which is weird because her 3rd house of communication is ruled by Mercury. oh but Mercury is in Cancer, maybe her feelings meddles in the communication? once she made a huge speech to me, and at the end with a little drum-roll pause, she declared, "and i think, i'm like, could it be that, i'm, DEPRESSED!?"

i like her very much so i don't want to make fun, but apparently she has never been depressed in her life. it's a good thing, she's a very high energy positive person. but sometimes i cannot help feeling she lacks depth. but then, i also admire her innocent magnetism.

how does that sound for a chart sister?

Yes, I'm a nymph so don't even joke (see my thread on 'sex drive' ) you wouldn't even believe - sometimes I think sex is taking over my brain.......

I'm absolutly rubbish at explaining and telling stories - I can't tell you how many times I've stopped mid story becuase I've totally lost the plot and the point I was trying to make.... I have mercury in Gemini...
My only fire is uranus and neptune in sag..
My only earth is Chiron in Taurus and my asc is Cap....
I certainly don't lack depth and I find it hard to belive that your friend does with a scorpio moon and a Cancer sun.. maybe she just comes off that way?
I'm a very high energy positive person too - I'm so optimistic but then again very grounded. Seems like we're quite similar!

That was my thought as well. I think the 'I'm happy all the time' may be front? Cancer has a shell and Scorpio Moons hate anyone even knowing they have emotions, so she may not be quick to reveal everything...even to the person closest. What's her ASC, out of curiousity? Because with my 8th house placement (which I think it nutty enough for me, thanks be to God), I really find it hard to believe that a Scorpio Moon (especially with a Cancer Sun) has never known darker places, complexities, or emotions. I do agree that they're high energy though.
