Like, if I said - there's a guy down the road with red hair, how intriguing, I've never had sex with a guy with red hair, I might give it a go.It's objectifying the person. Not seeing them as a person, but someone whom I can get my rocks off on. Someone I can feed off, for my own gratification. Use other people as things for my own purpose. This is quite a popular attitude and how many people live, unfortunately rapists and psychopaths included. It's even quite encouraged and rewarded by popular cuture. When you use crap terms like "Jungle fever" you aren't really helping your 'cause'. And last time I checked, black women neither asked nor for needed your "charity", KTHX.

I think the point is being missed here:It's about using other people as objects for one's own gratification. Lonake, I'm not sure why you are sympathising with AM by stating your sexual opinions with "black guys". Stiring the pot is fine, but why at the expense of other people? It's not necessary, it's an irresponsible use of power, imo. One can stir the pot, cause contention, and receive attention quite easily but without it being at the expense of others. Well...here, I'll use an example. When I tell stories and what not, I just don't say things like "black man" or "white girl", but whoever I'm talking to usually assumes that it was a white person. @Redscorp, when people are describing others...I can understand. But ever since I entered this country in kindergarten I've been lumped together with a culture I can neither relate to or understand all because we happen to share the same skin tone.
