 Hi all! I was wondering if any of you could help me understand something about my chart. I have Venus in the 1st as well as Jupiter in the 5th, and I strongly desire to find "the one" and to marry and start a family of my own. I'm still young by most standards, and I want to build a career before starting a family, but I love children, and I have had few prospects when it comes to romance. Part of it is because I am picky, but it just seems like when someone's interested, they are never the right person. One girl that expressed her interest was an Aquarius, but she was too eccentric for my taste, as well as being a bit self indulgent. If you also must know, I was madly infatuated (still trying to decide if I really "loved her") with one of my best friends in high school, a libra (I have her chart if that would help). But I fear that I may never find love again, or feel as strongly for someone as I did with the libran. She captivated my thoughts for a great many years, and now that I'm finally over her, I fear that I missed my shot. Any thoughts that you have are well appreciated. Truth is, I'm merely self taught in astrology, and I have no one with whom I can confer. I appreciate any help/advice you'd be willing to offer  IP: Logged |

Live your life, is my advice. You're even younger than me. Why is everyone rushing to have kids? Yikes. It's better to know a thing or two about life before you try to raise children. You're like 18-19, correct? I'm guessing based on the position of Pluto and Neptune. You'll find love again lol. When I was 18 I had only slept with one person and thought we were going to get married. I also didn't know ANYTHING about the world. That was only 5 years ago and I've been through several boys since. I didn't even know my current boyfriend existed. IP: Logged |

You have the same chart as someone i know (libra asc.) but i think you were born after them because of your moons. This person is a guy and he seems like so intent on finding love. That is his life's goal practically. I don't understand it. And he said the same thing about not wanting to miss an opportunity on this one girl cos he thinks shes the one. I dont think you need to be hung up on that one girl thinking she was your last chance. You can find love at any point in your life, you don't have to be young. It doesn't have to be NOW. Also you cant just wait for it either. You should try some girls out even if you may 'think' they arent the one you can't just write people off when you hardly know them. People can surprise you. And if you have this pre-conceived notion of who your lover is going to be then you'll be more disappointed when people dont fit that image. You have to accept some quirks.------------------

Thanks for your comments! It's true that I'm definitely still young, and sometimes I get a bit a head of myself when it comes to the future. I guess I'm just excited about the possibilities. I guess it's just hard because I've known what I wanted out of life for a long time, and it's hard to be patient. Everyone always says that good things happen when you aren't expecting them, but that's a harder saying to hear when you're the person waiting. I appreciate your insight! I've always been a bit out of step in my own age group and I just need to realize that things will work out! Thanks! IP: Logged |

Yep! I believe in the power of a good attitude. I'm trying my best to eliminate the stereotype that all Pisceans are negative I just think that my Jupiter is a little bit over bearing in my chart, and its sextile with my moon doesn't help how I feel. Nor the fact that I'm a 12th house Sun/Mercury. I was just really curious if anyone saw anything in my chart that I had overlooked. I like to think of myself as an astrology expert, but that's far from true, and I was hoping that I could learn a lot from discussions with other people IP: Logged |
