I'm thinking about moving to California, do you think I will have better luck there?

I can only offer my learned way with doing location astrology. The only way to do this right is to compare your natal chart to the natal chart of a country/city, like you would do with a partner by synastry.Once you are born, your location is set and cannot be altered by moving somewhere other than your birth place.
