Hello everyone,Thought we could have an interesting post on the book author of Harry Potter, Ms J K Rowling. She has what is typical of her generation a uranus pluto tight aspect, so desire to make changes and this does not always do it in the most comfortable of ways. She has a 5 degree orb moon pluto in virgo conjunction, this is where her ability to write for young people would be indicated as well as attention to detail and compulsivity for the amount and size of the books she writes. The Leo sun would be able to add drama, creativity and again relate well to children hence her big success. mercury right at the start of virgo is a clever placement so she could keep us guessing. mars in flowing aspect to jupiter is the workaholic and magician aspect, she keeps on going and adds magic to her books.

I have done the analysis but it hasn't covered her rags to riches life.
What aspect would signify that (would it be mars - uranus? would need to check to see if she has that).

Her unaspected Leo sun could be the cause of her misfortune early on, she wasn't living that energy until later on. How powerful the Leo sun is though when living it out. No mars uranus aspect so still haven't solved the mystery of overcoming rags to riches, maybe just took time, she has a strong pluto to survive and strong saturn to create and sustain an enterprise.

I could be wrong but on astrotheme there are no major aspects and 2 minor aspects so to me that is unaspectedclarify what aspects you see and where/which website you got her sun is aspected

Saturn is pover-tay. lol. Saturn Pluto can take away any gleam of gold that you possessed and leave you feeling like mud.
Mars inconj Saturn, boo hiss, rough times. also Moon opp Saturn.
Saturn opp Pluto tsquare Jupiter.
Jupiter/Pluto combo is great riches, Saturn throws a spanner in the works so it could be stumbling into wealth. I've seen this tsquare with another famous person and his is the same story and the t square sits on his angles with the uranus/pluto on his virgo mc. With her neck of the woods in england she could easily have scorp asc with virgo mc.

no of course not, you are right, I was rushing when doing analysis and possibly looked at another planet.Well can't let astrology rule my life!!!

1. if the time of birth is unknown, we cannot be sure about the Moon-position either (it might be up to 6 degrees off to either side, if we use noon as assumed time of birth, so the Moon-Pluto-conjunction could either be much closer or no longer in orb at all)2. JKR DID put a lot of Nazi references in her books (and films as well); probably as a well known example of a despotic regime.
Her books definitely are not only entertainment, but educational as well. 3. Financial success is often shown in the 2nd and 8th houses (planets therein, their rulers and the aspects); Jupiter and Uranus (uranus for sudden success) often play a role, sometimes even in transiting over planets that are associated with the 2nd (or 8th house); unfortunately we cannot say anything about these houses in her chart because of the missing of her time of birth. Maybe Venus as the natural ruler of the 2nd house would have a bit influence here; but it`s a bit vague. IP: Logged |

I wonder why there is no birth time for her? I mean how do they even get everyone elses birthtimes. Its not like famous people go out and announce it! hahah
I read a little biography about her at the library (it was cheesy big font some pictures still insightful tho) She had the urge to excel in her studies and she had such a great imagination and told stories from a young age! That book made me like her a little more.------------------

I don't think she had Nazis in her mind when creating HP... But,she encourages parallels between Muggles,us and HP world.
I believe she could pass either as 29Merc Leo and 0MercVirgo.
I like her dark side and humor. She is soo eloquent and funny and doesn't have to be over the top to be believable.
I waa amusing myself with discovering birth infos for her characters. Voldemort has birth chart,practically! She created my all-time favourite Virgo,Hermione,it hit me these days,how much I love her(with film franchise ending)IP: Logged |

Venus De Sirius,maybe it was not a conscious thing to do. But all that talk about "pureblood" and especially in the first books the building up of the Malfoys, blonde, blue eyes (posterimages for Arians) and so on.
The other thing might have been an addendum of the director though, I mean the 5th book / film (and partly after that, too), the scenes in the ministry with the interrogations, the raids, the sending out of troups to capture people like animals, even down to the clothing and the way to walk/ march, it could have been taken from a documentary of these times in Germany. (though these kind of regimes may resemble each other, no matter where in the world they take place). IP: Logged |
