I've read a lot about compatibility on friendships but it's always regarding our Sun signs. Do you notice a trend when it comes to your friends' moon sign?My chart is predominantly earth signs, particularly Capricorn. I have a Gemini Moon (Air), a Sagittarius Venus (Fire), and Scorpio Pluto (Water). That's it. However, I cannot stand people with Capricorn Moons (with a Scorpio Pluto at least). My best friends all have Air or Fire Moon signs. The Sun signs are always random. IP: Logged |

I think it has largely got to do with your moon sign compatibility, urs is a gemini and capricorns in general r prob far too reserved etc for u, even though u have a lot ogf in urself. Although, the overall charts would need to be compatible in general. Im a sagittarius and my moons in cancer n my ascendant (n most of my charts in leo) and i seem to know a lot of taureans.. although i always seem to have the connection n chemistry with libras, virgos n aries! also my sisters moon is in capricorn n she can come across as cold sometimes and secretive and we do clash a lot but she is mostly reliable but is so weird just HOW different we are.. lol my ascendents in leo haha, missed that out. also, geminis i find r often attracted to the same element as them air, and fire, because air n fire spark off each other. That's prob why u r usually attracted to them.IP: Logged |

For me, definitely. I get along best with other Earth Moons: I have a surprising amount of intimacy with other Virgo Mooners that I'm not that comfortable with others. After that, its Scorpio Moons, and then Aquarian Moons. IP: Logged |

My friends have air Moons...I have no air in my chart at all, 'cept for the generational Gemini Chiron, that I don't really count, I'm all earth & fire, with a bit of water...I especially get along with Gemini Moons...  IP: Logged |

Yu know what I've noticed mainly amongst friends is that their mercuries are more compatible than their other placements. Because communication is key in any relationship right!? Mercury makes things go more smoothly. My friends are aries, sag and aqua and me and my aries friend have the same moon and very compatible mercuries. I am capricorn but tend to not have friendships with other earth signs and I think its because they usually have fire mercuries which are incompatible with my earth one. My other two friends had Gemini moon and Libra Moon which aren't really compatible with my Scorpio moon. So I think its more mercury related!  ------------------

Hooray I do have friends with Sag mercury which is next to cap merc. Things aren't too bad but I find with those friends that sometimes we have miscommunication! It's like they don't listen well! haha because they always come up with a totally different conclusion on what they think i said haha But we have good times and laugh a lot ^_^------------------

I am thinking it is, for me...more about my friend's mercuries. I noticed I get along much better with individuals with fire mercuries, or even air mercuries..but not so much water mercs..even though I am a water sign.  IP: Logged |

yeap triple checked...everyone I am close too...either have a mercury air or fire sign....their moons are all over the place however, some fire, some air some water...but consistantly, most are either fire or air mecuries....*sighs* I think the mercury hit is a good one!IP: Logged |

Capricorn Mars here and I like competent people. Sagittarius Venus makes it a requirement that you have to be funny. It helps if they're into sports and outdoorsy stuff too.IP: Logged |

Yea Cardinal Moons just like mine, love em. I have Aries MC/Libra IC, Cap Moon/Venus, Cancer NN, Libra Mars so usually their Moon is touching one of those. Or it's the early Aries Moons which are trine my Asc, we get along v.easily.IP: Logged |

yes, i was actually going to post about this. Even though I'm a virgo moon - (virgo/libra cusp but really more virgo, I think...) I'm surrounded by air moons - particularly Libra moons. I love them but they drive me INSANE.Also, I seem to always be friends with people whose moon works with my sun, and my moon works with their sun, it's really weird. My two best friends are aqua sun and taurus moon (she IS me pretty much), and a scorpio sun, leo moon. Then a cancer sun, taurus/gemini moon, virgo sun, libra moon, leo sun, libra moon, aqua sun, aqua moon, and taurus sun, libra moon. IP: Logged |

I think it's important to consider your 11th house (house of friendship/community) too. My 11th is Taurus and I'll be damned if eveyone of my closest friends hasn't had a Taurus moon. It prob doesn't hurt that my mercury is also in Taurus and i'm a Gem Sun (mer ruled). But it's def something to consider =)IP: Logged |

i also get along with moon in AIR signs for some reason, even though my chart is totally lacking air. IP: Logged |

im a libra but my rising and moon are in earth signs. my moon being in virgo. i generally have made friends with every sign.. but the ones that seemed to stick around and i got really close with were either water, mainly scorpio/cancer, or earth signs being mainly the opposite signs taurus/capricorn. the closest ive gotten with air/fire signs is leo/geminis. but my closest relationships ive ever been in is an aquarius with a pisces moon and a libra who i am with now going on for 3 years and we are born the same day. and he has leo moon and rising i seem to get a long with pisces moons.. or i just seem to meet a lot of pisces moons or rising. i get along well with water sign moons. lately a lot of scorpio moons which i feel i can relate with a lot at times. I still don't get Moon sign compatibility, I'm always closet to people that have air Moon signs or Virgo Moon, and I'm a Pisces Moon, perhaps because my moon is in the 3rd? IP: Logged |
