i think it's the 29th or anaretic degree where the energy is a lil split between the houses. so you're safe.

The high degrees are Out of Bounds I think.They can be "genius" ,creative and maverick
29 degrees is weak

I have Mercury in 29 degrees Sagittarius

I'd agree with Deliverance about being impulsive and rash and displaying some of the negative qualities of the placement. I tend to say things just to get a reaction or to push people's buttons or purposely cause an argument ..and I can be rather loud when I'm speaking my mind and p*ssed off
