What rules the father in a person's life? I know the Moon rules the person's mother, but what about the father? I've heard it could be Saturn, but I've also heard some say it's the Sun.

It depends. Some say it's the Sun, some say Saturn. Some say 4th house, some say 10th...

My advice is to look at your chart and see which describes your father the best.
