Here's my chart, my moon is afflicted from almost all the external planets & being in Aries it is not so strong to hold all the stressful aspects & there seems no outlet either a trine or a sextile from the moon to reduce this energy. So, how to deal with it...
Any suggestions are appreciated

For my moon afflictions it helps to have people who have something trine or sextile my moon.. it's usually someone's neptune or merc that helps most. That and I tend to utilize my pluto sextile neptune/merc and research myself to death to get out of the pain of the opposition.. Not sure if it works like that, but I tend to operate that way... using the tension to expand your awareness and evolution.

The jupiter trine pluto and venus sextile mars etc. will help diffuse the tension of the super t-square.

There are just too much missed opportunities to speak of, I just can't take actions at right time though I have lots of energy ( DUE TO STRONG MARS) but somehow just unable to take actions.But, I am very good with crisis as can work brilliantly under pressures.I somehow always need some sort of external stimulus to force me to take actions, It just don't come from the inside. As far as communications are concerned, I have my opinions on things sometimes very very strong(DUE TO SCORPIO) but I have never been able to express it to someone else & hence,have faced lots of trouble.Both, internal & external.

Somehow I feel very difficult to balance all three at the same time, I want something else from my life, people close to me expect something else from me & public sees me as someone else. In public I am very active,impulsive etc. In one-to-one relation I am very very uncomfortable( I want these relations to the core of my heart but somehow I don't feel comfortable in it) & I view myself as a person who is there to create happiness in the world( maybe because of strong Jupiter).

But, my moon in 10th house is afflicted but my MC is receiving brilliant trines from sun, mercury & pluto & even chiron & jupiter.
What can it mean ?

So, basically there is a conflict between faith within me, frustrations in close relations leading to taking actions in public(That are very very impulsive & are always regrettable).
