Only if you have Natal Mars Rx, look up your heliocentric chart and post on whether or not that Mars position makes a good fit for you.

For ex my natal Mars is Rx and in the Heliocentric chart it jumps back a sign and I relate to it strongly.
Just isolate the new Mars placement alone, don't get fancy here (!) and say whether or not you relate.

Okay, I really don't know anything about the Heliocentric astrology, not a thing.

I have a natal Aqua-Mars Rx.

I went to astro.com and this is what I did;

Options --> zodiac --> WARNING: heliocentric (sidereal, F/B)

And what I get is;

Mars at 16'22 Cap.

(Helio Mars conjunct Earth 13* cap /Moon 13* cap, hm.. sounds heavy)

Ok so if it's right, without comparing it to any other placements in that chart.. does this Mars-Sign fit me?

I can't answer this right away.. have to think and read about it first..

natal mars rx- 20 scorpio
heliocentric mars - 27 Libra

quote:
Mars in Libra natives often reflect about things before they act. Decisiveness is not their strong point, but they do, eventually, get things done. Many people with this position procrastinate, generally because they feel the need to weigh all of the alternatives before taking action.

Life isn't always fair, as Mars in Scorpio would say, but Mars in Libra will seldom accept this notion. These natives can easily get caught up in defending themselves and others. Although their overall goal is to live peacefully, they stir others up with their desire to balance everything. Still, they always play innocent when they are challenged, and can generally charm the birds out of the trees to win your favor. Passive-aggressiveness is practically the hallmark of this position. They don't want to look like they are ever being mean or unfair, but aggression has to go somewhere! Too often, this results in sneaky behavior and subterfuge. On the other hand, some Mars in Libra people turn the Mars energy into action, and they fight for Libran justice and fairness in the world.

On the up side, Mars in Libra people are adept at predicting when problems and discord will occur well in advance. They know how to compromise and are excellent at conflict management.

Mars in Scorpio - I relate to, but I don't feel it reaches it's potential. I have a lot of drive and ambition but it always feels blocked or hard to achieve things - even though it is conjunct the MC.

I do relate to Mars in Libra. Am not outwardly aggressive and hate conflict unless absolutely necessary (so there is a bit of both the signs there.. because I will defend myself or others if needed, not run away.. though it depends on how important it is sometimes I will just avoid conflict/people altogether). I am good at mediating though.

Indecisiveness and a strong sense of fairness are a bit part of my personality as well.

I always thought it was down to my Libra moon though, so is a bit hard to tell apart I think.

this is a bit of an "ouch".

my Leo Mars moves to Cancer 15. i have a love/hate relationship ( ) with Cancer. i don't want to be a CANCER MARS!!!

but... i think there does lie Cancer Mars deep within me. the Mars i don't want to have it come out and want to ignore. especially going through hard times in the recent years, my cautious and overly sensitive side poked the head prominently. it's icky!

I was going through some texts on retrogrades on Amazon and one (forget the title) has a section on looking at the heliocentric placement and that having some bearing on behavior with Mars Rx. Worked for me. It was a preview so I couldn't read the whole thing but I did find a text on Rx's that I bought last night, and it's Martin Schulman's Retrogrades and Reincarnation. I like it because it delineates all the planets retrograde through the signs and also through the houses, so it should be a good read. I only got to see my Mars descriptions in the preview but I bought it so I could read about my Saturn Rx which should be insightful. The book has more information in it than the info I received after just paying 100$ for a natal reading and which turned out being only 2 pgs. Big disappointment. That's the 2nd astrologer I used who overcharges and oversells their product. A few yrs ago I paid 200$ for a reading and it wasn't up to snuff for the price so I'm gonna be sticking to astro texts for a bit.

The reviews for Schulman's book all have 5 stars so it looks like it's gonna be a keeper. I have 3 natal Rx's and no astrologer has ever even touched on them in my chart (!)

6 is a lot, my friend (!) You must be a real renegade.
