Topic: Do I have Saturn in the 12H?

Using Western Astrology w/ the Placidus system (& equal house) I have Saturn Aquarius in the 11H. But if using Sidereal astrology w/ the whole sign system I have Saturn Capricorn in the 12H. I'm not sure which systems are most accurate. So is my Saturn in the 11H or 12H? IP: Logged |

Depends on if you do charts in tropical or sidereal?
Some people do sidereal exclusively.
I guess my Q would be in western (in placidus or equal, whichever you prefer) how close is Saturn to h12 cusp?IP: Logged |

I believe more in western astrology though I've read on many sites that sidereal is more "accurate" which makes me question the other method at times. And Vedic/Sidereal claims to only use the whole sign system.

Yea looks to be ruling the 11th placed in the 11th.
We should start sidereal chart threads on here again. I even forgot what mine looks like.

It's not an easy one. They don't see where they're blocking their own path and being controlling of others, etc.
But otoh it could be a really good placement for meditation and spiritual pursuits, all zen on a mountain top type of thing. All in how ya work it I guess :/IP: Logged |

You should be able to feel if you have Saturn in the 12th.
It is a certain kind or presence.

One of my relatives has a sun saturn conj in the 12th, she can't see herself in any kind of real way, she's very self delusional. She's also very judgemental about others too the point that she can be hippocritical, she is unable to see what she herself does, she is always blameless, its always everyone elses fault. She has always been very interested in spiritual persuits, but shes too hateful and selfish for them to go anywhere, she claims to be "evolved" and says everyone else is evil, she absolutely cannot see her own darkside.IP: Logged |

I don't think I'm like that at all, at least I hope not. When it comes to being judgemental I have my moments but I definitely don't let stereotyping get to my head. I've been proven wrong so many times that the way people look is the way they act. All my Saturn aspects are minor, maybe thats why?
