I have a lot of bad aspects towards my Fortuna, Part of Fortune, & Karma. Does that mean Money will not be good in my life?

My 8th house however is in my Sun, Mars, & PLuto

i'm curious about how money is doing in my chart too. my 2nd house ruler is Saturn and it's not doing so bad, it's at the top of my chart in Leo-ruled 9th house at the critical degree Virgo 0'30. it's sextile my chart ruler Jupiter, and trine my 1st house Stellium, including Mercury in Capricorn.

acually it looks pretty cosy there to my eyes. of course there's the transit factor, but money has never been a very comfortable thing in my life, being from wealthy in infancy, then "just-enough" childhood (not that that bothered me, i was just a kid...), then not so bad college years and poverty right now.

in my life, money moves in big chunks. it's either i have it or i don't. i wonder why it's so unsteady...

also 8th house... i have a vague idea of 8th house "money", but could someone explain to me what exactly 2nd house money represents and what 8th does? i read 2nd house personal wealth and 8th house "other people's money" but what does that mean...? i cannot put it in a bigger picture, how "other people's money" relate to other 8th hosue issues like life/death and sex.
