Hi,
I have had an intense/agonizing upbringing and there are quite a few violent and crazy characters in my family but I don't have any planets in my 4th house of home, does my chart indicate these difficulties elsewhere?

Your H4 is ruled by Mars.. Which has several stressful aspects..

Mars conjunt Chiron..

Shows your wounds here.

Mars is opposite Uranus/Neptune/Saturn

I think it shows all of a sudden actions.. Was someone in the home an alcoholic or drug addict?
Also seems like parents may have been strict.

Thank you for your reply
I have an estranged relationship with my father and my mother is somewhat bipolar. Her side of the family exhibits some mental illness and violent tendencies which I have been exposed to all my life.
But, no alcohol/ drug addictions.

Do you think that chiron would reflect the family life or be indicative of hopes, wishes, and friends because it is in the 11th house?

I not sure but, I think your wounds are related to your "mars"

Going out on a limb... but do you think or wish others will heal or help you heal your internal wounds??

look at your dejaneira (dont know if i spelled that right) and nessus...they show the abuse and victim

------------------
I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history

What's your opinion about my mars?

Yes, I have hopes that others will bring my opportunities that will help me to escape certain difficulties. Perhaps the man on the white horse idea is something I desire in order to be rescued from some of my problems.

That's me exactly! I want someone who is willing to fight for me.
How does my neptune play a part of this? Does it mean I while never have a fulfilling lover because it is in the 5th house or because it is opposite such an aggressive planet?

Well for me I find my self attracted to Pisces types or heavy neptune placements.. Especially since Pisces is in your 7th..

You want that love story.. But it just never seems to work that way, and then there's disappointment...

Just watch out for men that are addictive to something. You cant save them... You will feel like you can or want to... but well...
it doesnt work that way....

My ex husband fought for me. Chased me forever.. Showed up at my house in the middle of the night professing his love... I married him... but the love story was then over.. and It didnt work for me anymore... (Im awful huh..lol)

Here's what I think you want.. you want men that you have to chase, they dont initially want you in the beginning, but you over come that get the love story. They come and fight for you in the end, and then you live happily ever after...
LOL... how does that sound?

Thanks for your insight, I really appreciate it.
I definitely find myself attracted to men who are not fond of commitment, which breeds disappointment.
I want to feel like I am the one who can save them. Recently, I was connected to someone who was absolutely perfect-handsome, reliable, smart we spent months talking every day but when I asked him where this was going he said he wasn't looking for a relationship, I was really disappointed and depressed. Though he was more reliable and grounded than the guys I have been involved with in the past it still didn't work out.
Do I have a lot of harsh love aspects??

Well I think your always going to want men that are unavailable.. This is subconsciously you know deep down inside they arent available...

But I think, 27 or so.. when Transit Saturn hits your natal uranus... You will start to see a big difference, and will get lessons about "uranus" no pun intended.. lol

I would say your lucky though... Im just now getting hit with this.. Im 39 years old... So It took me alot longer to get there..

Ive really been hit with my uranus lessons... phew...
Now all I can think is.. wow I did that??????
BUT I did have lots of fun

I definitely am attracted to that type. I always want to nurture the tortured soul and become overly maternal in relationships.
Though I've definitely have had a lot of fun but I'm just ready to try something different. I want something more stable.
You have a lot of good insight can I ask you a question about children? I've done reading about saturn in the 5th house and I have that plus a ton of other stuff going on in that house (part of fortune conjunct uranus too and I have vesta in that house). What are your thoughts?

Hey, I don't want to say too much, because I *am* very much a beginner in chart interpretation, but I would say you have one tough cookie of a stellium there in your 5th. Not in a bad way, either. Maybe someone with more experience can better comment on that. However, from what *little* I know--and it is *little*--Neptune in the 5th somewhat mirrors Neptune in the 7th. I have n.Neptune in the 7th, and yes, for the longest time, I did search for that elusive "knight in shining armor". Still looking for that dang guy, too! Yes, I too come from a difficult, challenging home life, with no planets in the 4th.

What I've come to realize is that the "knight" is probably not what you expect. (Neptune fog, perhaps?) Hanging with a regular old guy, doing regular old things has made me see the "knight" in all men. The man in my life whom I was least attracted to, turned out to be in many ways the man of my dreams. If you come across one, don't toss them too quickly. Give them a chance.

About that empty 4th: What an astrologer once told me is that it signifies I don't have great family connections, in that, I'm not one of those people who gets all weepy and touched during the holidays. Like, I could care less about having to get family pictures every year, or calling a family member every time some event happens in my life. TRUE! Yes, sadly in some ways, I don't have those kind of family ties. I am in contact with my family, but I'm not *close*. I'm more likely to call a friend to tell them some good news, then later tell my family members. Yeah, I long for that kind of close-knit, TV family thing, but at least this go-around, I didn't get it. They're just a weird bunch, and not *into* the whole FAMILY FAMILY FAMILY thing, the way others are.

Well Im not good at the children thing.. but Ill give it a go...

Jupiter rules your 5th. You only have one aspect to mercury...

You have Uranus/Saturn/Neptune in H5...

(Maybe) you will have 1 child later in life but I think it would be unexpected pregnancy.
Im guessing.. so I cant say for sure..
So take this with a grain of salt..

Pluto is passing over your 5th.. Thats prop why your feeling the need to change...
Pluto wants you to transform your ways...

My suggestion is to find your self first, your real desires and needs and wants..

Deep down inside (opinion) your afraid of commitment. And will freak out, once it gets boring...
Once you find your self, your inner self wont be so afraid of commitment..
We attract what we fear... Until we get fed up and learn whats wrong with "me"

Interesting. Any ideas on a career path? I'm thinking of going to film school in California next year.

HI
You can try the Koch house system and watch all your fifth house planets move into the 4th house.
You will have saturn there possibly and also possibly neptune, both difficult planets in the 4th house.
