These planets are TECHNICALLY in the twelfth house, and while those meanings STILL apply they are on what some astrologer's refer to as the dark side of the ascendant.(within five degrees or less of the ascendant) And anything touching the Ascendant or in the first house will affect physical appearance, mannerisms, and how people perceive you. Neptune touching the Ascendant gives a very ethereal quality and usually enticing and "watery" eyes that put people in a sense of ease being around you. The moon touching the Ascendant give a a softer gentle sometimes even downright innocent looking face. Here's some more info on them.

I still think the Tropical chart is the most important as it describes the current body and personality we have been given, but I always make sure to check someone's Draconic placements too. The Draconic chart is very important in my opinion and plays a key role in that helps fill in those missing pieces of why we see signs/elements in certain people that are absent in their Tropical chart. It's become mandatory for me cause it's right on the money every time. So that's why people where getting an Earth and Libra vibe from you.

Despite all this though...you are still a double Scorp with a Gemini Sun. You have your sun near the eighth house cusp, Mercury and Jupiter in the eighth, and your south node(the path you have walked the most and what comes naturally) in scorpio -- so when you say the scorp energy is there, I definitely believe you.

There are two themes that jump out at me in your chart. Being a Gemini Sun and having a Virgo midheaven that leans toward being heavily mercurial, so the word COMMUNICATION jumps out at me big time. They second thing I see because you are a double scorpio, and you have planets in the eighth house,(including the ruler of your midheaven... Mercury) is other people's RESOURCES.

Then Uranus conjuncts Pluto which also conjunct the midheaven. So something which you are entrusted with holding authority or power for Pluto. And Uranus rules electronics/electricity, anything cutting edge, progressive or new.

If these things could be combined in a meaningful way in your career you would do well with them. I know this is kind of vague, I will offer some more suggestions for you, but these are some guidelines for what the chart is telling me would be ideal for you.

Just throwing out some ideas I see things such an analyst/researcher for some company, working with stocks/bonds, ANYTHING having to do with the communications-related field, writer/author,(especially mystery novels lol) law enforcement/government, working for a company in charge of developing/selling something cutting edge or new,(especially relating to technology) and possibly something to do with the medical field if that's an interest.

Make sure you don't get stuck in a cubicle with a 9:00-5:00 where punch numbers all day, and don't see a soul even though the room is full of people. I have a feeling you are way too personable for that to be satisfying for long. You need to be part of a team even if you work alone, or communicate with the public in some way. Something that let's you personality shine so you don't feel like a complete corporate slave/robot.

With that Libra energy for the draconic you're carrying with you from past lives and your libra mars, you will be tactful and diplomatic. Possibly a real charmer... Plus, with Neptune and Moon conjunct the ascendant people will sense that you really care about them. If you have to sell people something, I really think they'll like you. You could be a very skilled negotiator or mediator. And the scorp energy will help bring you insight about what to say and what not to say, and the Gemini sun will bring the logical puzzle solver/communicator that can "sell ice to Eskimos" part of you to the fullest capacity. Don't be afraid to take on something where you are given responsibility of something someone owns,(whether it be an idea or money) with Jupiter in the eighth that's like miracle grow and will help you expand whatever ideas you boss or company has for you as as long as you are careful and don't go to extremes.

With the mixture of Gemini and Scorp, don't take a job that's too slow or boring with a lot of down time. I have a feeling even 10 years from now as long as there are no major health problems you will outpace guys twenty years younger than your age. A Gemini Scorp combo is endlessly curious and quite energetic, and needs some form of a challenge. Just don't get too in over your head, find a balance that's right for you.
