too be honest i know nothing of duads and dwads i just thought it would be fun to see if people wanted to know their duad chart lol. sorry lonake that i cant be much help but all that sounds intresting enough. i do think that our duad signs are important in synastry because even if you tend to go for a sign that most astrologers say is not right for you it most likley is because you have a duad sign in that persons sun sign or moon sign etc etc.

my personal thought on best effective sexual chemistry for duad synastry would be someones duad asc aspects to the natal sun, venus for men and mars for women.

for best emotional commuincating with eachother in a relationship anything with duad moon aspecting natal mars for women attracting a man .duad sun aspecting natal venus for a man attracting a women.

Dwads are each sign divided up into 360 degrees again. So if your Sun is in the Virgo dwad of Aquarius, it doesn't mean it's conjunct your Moon, which is in the Virgo dwad of Cancer. That's not how that works. All it means is that your Sun and Moon will have Virgo flavoring, but it won't have the same effects as Sun conjunct Moon.
