Topic: when jupiter does not add any good in detriment

I have been thinking how jupiter can be useless when it is in detriment. for instance, i have observed that i have been through transits with jupiter aspecting all my planets in armonic aspects and nothing. my jupiter is in virgo.i have also noticed that a colleague has her jupiter conjoint my moon at 26 of gemini and the same. nothing about emotional support. however, as her saturn fall in my fourth, i can feel her coldness, but not her jupiter. does any body can think of examples when jupiter is not adding anything. it is like useless when in detriment? thanks for your responses Nordic IP: Logged |

that's a load of bologne!
i saw a chart today for someone with it opposing their venus
and the person is LOADED!!!!!!!!i don't mean that even remotely joking, btw.
then i got online and read something about it on cafeastrology
and i lol'd because astrology can be astrology
but unfortunately,
it takes somewhat of a skewed shape once it's interpreted by somebody so i found a new way of looking at it today
jupiter expands
it expands very much!

why i am trying to say is that sometimes, saturn is better to give you what you want is well positioned and jupiter is in detriment even with good aspects do nothing. not that would harm. it is just useless IP: Logged |

I agree with you about jupiter. Jupiter will not give you nothing if you not push jupiter to work. Jupiter want put my weight up so I must think about what I put in my mouth on positive or hard transit. I love jupiter when it works out good and when I need jupiter. When I need and want something and work for it on a jupiter transit I see it works out very well. IP: Logged |

i just wonder if the detriment of jupiter makes a difference. as hard aspect are as you describe. however, in a synastry a jupiter conjunct my midpoint moon-sun-mars. how i cannot feel the efect of that jupiter in gemini, but can feel the effect of saturn in my fourht house?IP: Logged |
