Has anyone experienced these aspects in synastry? I have all of them with one person I really like and I felt really disheartened looking at our chart ;( they seemed too harsh?

Venus square Uranus
Mars square Mars
Mars square Saturn
Saturn conjunct Pluto
Mars conjunct Pluto
Moon opposing Mars

would some aspects in the chart even the bad out and make it better?

sun conjunct moon
sun trine neptune
moon conjunct mercury
moon trine uranus
venus trine and sextile jupiter
Venus trine ascendant
jupiter trine jupiter

Yes and yes to your first and last question. It sounds like it would be an exciting relationship. Some enduring marriages have harsh aspects. For example, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's synastry is full of squares.

However, there seems to be only one Saturn cross-aspect that you posted. Without strong Saturn contacts, neither party feels enough of a sense of responsibility to work on the relationship. Perhaps one or both of your natal Saturns aspect a planet in the composite chart...?

Mars sq Mars and Mars sq Saturn are the 'worst' on the list, the others aren't that bad. Mars is the will so when it naturally bumps into someone else's agenda you could have problems. Could is the operative word here. Heck, I've had problems with people who have Mercury conj my Merc, based on that aspect alone. So anything could turn to crap if it personally grates on you.

Actually, I was looking at our synastry and I saw that we got loads of saturn aspects, except for the mars square saturn (does it really always mean bad sex between a couple?) I guess this is one is gonna be one heck of a ride lolz...

saturn conjunct moon
saturn opposite venus
saturn trine neptune and his saturn sextile my neptune (karmic relationship?)
saturn trine pluto, my pluto conjunct his saturn
