GG, Typically that there are deep sometimes scary psychological undercurrents running between you 2 and it can feel overwhelming at first but if you stay with it you can find a lot of intimacy there. Depends I guess on how comfy you are with the feeling of being exposed. There could be a taboo nature to the relationship or to your feelings for each other.

I would think it's similar to the feeling i get when i meet someone else with Sun or Moon in 8th house.

So to describe it, a deep understanding of each other, psychically in tune, intuition is high, you can communicate without words. And i agree with Lonake, great intimacy and sexuality.
