Are you reading for your ascendant? That's how I read them, and some of her stuff rings true for me.

Thought the same thing today. I've read for both my Sun sign and Ascendant but none of the stuff she says ever happens! Back in 2008-09, she was so accurate. Now it seems more like news site horoscope thats just a bunch of random nonsense.

Can't say I disagree with the content, but I'm noticing lot and lots of typos.

I'm getting the sense she's outsourced her service. Reads like a different voice.

last month? oh, yeah! last month was soooooo 'fearful'! did anyone see her chart? it's posted up somewhere on the internet... she has rx mercury in pisces.

if she outsourced, man, there go a whole bunch of her monthly readers..

i was actually relieved to find she's off her wagon, too.... at the same time, i kinda hoped she'd get it together!

No sun-based scopes are supposed to be 100% for you; these are not personalized scopes. I don't even see any typos, weird.

they're not read as 'sun based'... it'd be best if u read any horoscope for the sign that sits on your ascedant, btw.

My point is that I don't see a problem with Susan Miller's scopes. They were and still are general sun sign scopes. No more or less.

Even if you are reading for your rising sign that method only works reliably (in a sense) if it's in an early degree and the houses are evenly spread out. If you have tiny houses anywhere and big ones or a late or mid degree asc it's gonna be off. When reading the horoscopes if you know astro it should be obvious what transit they're referring to even if they don't mention the planet and house and you'd know whether it applies to you or not based on where the planets are moving around your chart.

Well this month it's pretty crappy.. but generally I liked her horoscope!
Maybe she's just going through something and doesn't have as much time.

I just read mine... it doesn't even sound like her at all. The energy of it is completely off!

I agree with Nine. I am reading Susan's scopes and she has grammatical errors that i have not seen before. When she writes she it's like she is almost talking to you. I have read her scopes for awhile and the way she writes sounds different this month.

I prefer using astro.com, because I'm much more interested in transiting planets' aspects to my natal planets than any vague analysis based on my Sun sign. Perhaps this is because I'm an Aries, but I have Moon and Mercury in Pisces & Cancer Rising.

I've purchased the Extended Horoscope for 44.95/year, so I can read about upcoming transits as far in advance as December 2012.

I don't even read sun-sign horoscopes really; it's pretty commonly known that nine times out of ten they're crap anyway and not to take them seriously.

Luc de Jaeger is pretty accurate for his 2011 for sun and ascendant. For me and some other people I know, what he describes rings scarily true for the bigger picture...

i don't know why or how sun horoscopes would be relevant.. you have an entire wheel of placements to take under consideration that i think even if it dealt with the sun (how does that work? with the sign that the sun falls in made the fifth house? or is the sign and the sun placed on the ascendant?) -- not sure how the horoscopes for the sun are written but i always just read for my ascendant because from what i've read, each astrologer has written em that way..

so i guess that sun horoscopes are written with the sign that the sun is in, on the rising horizon..

really changes everything up and it changes the entire chart up and i don't read my chart that way.. i can only speak for myself

so i read for the ascendant.

^ Solar chart. Beginning degree of each sign on the Asc. Equal, interpreted accordingly re:transits and most importantly ingresses. That's why they add in birth dates for each sign. Most don't comment to others to read for their rising sign since most don't know it but can usually easily see what their Sun is by looking at the dates.
I hate this part of astrology cos they're purported to have merit but obviously they don't. And that is what most base their opinion on, what is seen in mags and newspapers. And if you read for your rising it increases in merit the earlier the asc degree and the more equal your houses are.
