He' is in your 12th.

His H3 ruler is Mercury which is applying to Saturn. Your also in hs H3 house

Your H3 ruler is Jupiter which is applying to the moon.

I say yes.. but just not right now... He's hiding from you.. (he's in your 12th)

When your asking about a specific person, that person is the DSC... Unless its a child.. Then its H5..
If you ask about the guy at the grocery store, you look at the Dsc... Doesnt mean he's an enemy.

If asking about a thief its also H7, your question has nothing to do with a thief/enemy.. So it does not pertain to you.

The 11th house ruler is pluto and it is afflicted, and it is both conjunct the 7th house ruler and in the 12th house.

The moon in detriment could indicate that he has no real power to act like he wants, or maybe he just doesn`t like himself very much at the moment?

and then when I posted the chart, another person posted

"Oh goodness...you need to do house style reg. for horary. because Plac. will not work."

I posted on here and over there at the same time, so I also asked the question over there without a chart. Now i know better lol. Will get my head chopped off.
