H7 ruler transit conj n.Sun
H8 planets moving into the 7th (in the progressed chart, not looking at natal)
Progressed Moon conj n.Venus
Progressed Venus conj n.Moon

There are a lot. I would look at not one factor, but to see many at one time. If you live your life holed up in a closet you're not gonna find anyone, but if you're putting yourself out there, living your life, you're likely to attract someone who might work well with you (at least for a time).
They say Jupiter through the 5th or 7th but I haven't seen it. Or possibly on a more general note Jupiter here and the others listed above (and more) can correlate to a new interest in some area of life, could be a romantic relationship but doesn't have to be. When Jupiter crossed my DSC last I fell back in love with higher education and by the time Jupiter was near my MC I had finished my degree. Sagittarius is intercepted in my chart in the 5th house of romance, I also have the ruler of the 9th in the 5th in Sagittarius.
