Topic: I can't read this guy!

Hey guys! I need some insight about a guy I know. I can't figure him out! He's very friendly and outgoing, but is also very cool and collected. He has: Sun in Aquarius
Moon in Virgo
Mercury in Aquarius
Venus in Aquarius
Mars in Scorpio
Rising sign: unknown I've heard that Aquarius men in general are more aloof, so I'm curious how would the earth/water signs come into play.
Would a guy with this combination of placements be a more detached non-emotional person? Or would the Virgo Moon and Scorpio Mars make him more emotional and loving? IP: Logged |

To get his attention find out what he LOVES doing and get to that, ask him questions, etc.
With a Scorpio Mars, he'e very driven in what he does. Find out what that is! As an Aqua, it could be quite intellectual. Stand on his level and he will notice you. IP: Logged |

Also, Venus in Aqua will look for women who are NOT clingy. So beware not to turn him off. If he likes you, he will let you know. But if you are too obvious about your feelings and behave cling-y, there's no much chance.
I fell for a Venus in Aqua once and I have Mars in Aqua. He was the one who admitted first that he's attracted to me. But you really need to stand your ground; they don't do clingy codependence. At least the "healthy" Aqua's. IP: Logged |

And one more thing; he has the Aqua-Scorpio square that I have (on the reverse; I'm Venus in Scorpio - Mars in Aqua).
I tell you these people love intensity in others. And if they love, they are very passionate. But they're an interesting mix of Aqua and Scorpio in that they need their space at the same time as they need to get really close. IP: Logged |

His Moon in Virgo is very nice because the earthly element adds to the "staying" power of his Scoprio Mars. Once this guy loves somebody, he will link to them very deeply with a very steady faithful bond. IP: Logged |

I have aqua venus and mars scorpio and what you say feels quite correct to me. 
I get close, but then I back away a bit.

I think he might a hard time expressing his feelings because of the Mars-Venus square BUT his Moon is earthy and this makes him affectionate. So a combination of an intellectual expression plus the affection and stability (faithfulness) of an earth sign. Until you two become a couple you might not see his passion.
The trick is to pass the initial awkwardness of expressing feelings (for an Air sign that may feel a bit odd lol and he might try to rationalize things but make NO mistake; you will KNOW he's interested - these people are intense and become intensely interested in you when in love) but once you get past the initial point, and get closer, you will see his passionate Scorpio Mars- Virgo Moon side.
Of course, the above are "generalizations" since I don't know the person's character, upbringing, etc. How exactly it plays is a factor of the entire chart and then some.
Also when two people come together, these factor tend to multiply as a lot depend on you and your chart as well!

The Aquas I know can be in their own head to the point of being oblivious but still sweet. In my experience, the Virgo would add stability and practicality vs. Warmth.IP: Logged |

You can ask me any question, i'm an aqua sun, virgo moon, mercury aquarius (venus pisces and sagittarius mars though), actually on second thought - I want to know this guy myself, sounds preeeetty perfect to me.  I don't know how much of this is the pisces influence in me but I'm a huge cuddler, but i'm picky about who i cuddle with, i know automatically who i'm comfortable with and who i'm not. i don't like fakeness or anybody who is overly comfortable with being fake and I don't normally bother with people who don't attract my curiosity either platonically or romantically so if you're in his radar already then that's a good sign. Attract him by being yourself and unleash your inner freak. He'll definitely like mental stimulation, alternative universes, consumerism, past lives, fantasy/sci-fi, israel/palestine, the origin of man, etc. etc. He'll be attracted to your quirks, nerdiness, intelligence, spontaneity, and passion. trekkie? lotr nerd? love reading about 14th century herbs considered to heal, go for it! He might laugh a little but he'll definitely appreciate it, batting your eyelashes wont get you anywhere, in fact it'll bore him and turn him off. The way I see it is, if you can't be yourself 100% of the time, then figure **** out and we'll hang out again afterwards.
Talk to him about a passion of yours - he'll love seeing you get all fired up about something, and even more so if you want to put your passion to work. virgo moon, we like efficiency so always take the straightest line to where you're going, unless you can justify it with a necesssary or interesting detour. Yeah, we're suuuper oblivious. We'll always assume that you just want to be friends - because we want to be friends with everyone! BOTH.
I'm detached (nobody's non-emotional, especially not aquarians, that's just people's perceptions of them because we don't always show our reactions) but once you're in my life/circle, you're in. I'm EXTREMELY loving and loyal and I will love and care for you for as long as I know you and I don't mean in a feeding you chicken noodle soup, Cancer-esque way though. IP: Logged |

This is all so interesting! The funny thing is that while I'm reading all this, I'm thinking to myself "this kind of sounds like me". I was so intrigued to find out what he's like that I didn't even think about the fact that my Venus in Gemini and Mars in Cancer gives me that Air-Water combination too.
