Here's what I found on www.astrogrrl.com:

"Full Moon in the Second House represents the balance between the financial houses (2nd and 8th houses), what I own and what we share, a look at what we value in life as well as how we value the self. Issues regarding one's income or major purchases that increases the value of the home, i.e. appliances, cosmetic repairs, etc. may be at hand. As full moons bring endings/closures, there may be a change in one's income or financial status during this full moon cycle."

However, it doesn't resonate at all. No ending happened, and no change in my financial status.

Should I wait until the next New Moon to see the effects of this Full Moon?

Well as someone who has this aspect in my natal chart I think it means that the energy is out there for a balance between your finances and others, but it's up to you to manage that. Use this energy to assess your resources. There could be a change in your income if you take the time to properly manage a financial situation. My finances fluctuate because I'm always playing a balancing game between my 2nd and 8th houses. I have yet to reach a point in my life where I've found the mean between the two extremes. But overtime I've gotten better.

Thank you VERY much, Joan!
This description of yours helps me a lot. It makes sense as I've been in the process of applying for some funding. You give me a reason to keep at it. Thanks very much for your input!
