So I had this really disturbing and vivid dream a few nights ago. I get them every so often. Somehow they're ust different from other dreams. I remember the whole thing, every face, every room, everything that was said, etc. I got curious and checked my transits for early that morning, around when I had the dream. My tr moon was in cancer conjunct my nt mercury and opposed my nt neptune (which is in my 4th house). So I'll be keeping better tabs on which transits bring my more "potent" dreams and the differences, etc. I was curious about other people and which transits bring weird or vivid dreams for them? What are the differences depending on the transit (like for me if my tr moon were conjunct nt neptune in the 4th opposite nt mercury in cancer)? IP: Logged |

Yes, I think a Nept-Moon opposition can make dreams interesting (to say the least). IP: Logged |

You might be on to something, with neptune/moon.. But not only transits.. A guy's moon conjunct my neptune, and I would have the craziest dreams about it.. He was always saving me, some how. IP: Logged |

This isn't about a dream, but I like to sleep with the curtains open, I use the moonlight as a nightlight. Anyway, one night I woke up because there was something shining on me so bright, it felt like a flashlight, and it turned out to be the full moon, the brightest moon I'd ever seen, and next day I looked up the Moon's sign at that time, it was exact opposite my ASC. Never looked it up for a dream before but I have a dream diary....lemme take a look. I gotta find a real freaky one. OK I found a nightmare that lasted forever, wrote 2 1/2 pgs on it. t.Moon was in my 12th, opp my Moon/Venus and sq my Mars/Saturn/Pluto, inconj my Neptune. I wrote that the dream made me wake up in physical pain, as if the injuries from the dream were real (not possible since in the dream I was upside down).IP: Logged |

Wow, I've never been able to sleep with the curtains open...it creeps me out. Anyway,I never thought about it in synastry before...and I guess I never thought about how much the moon affects dreams (which, now that I've typed it out, it makes me feel silly for not thinking it ). I ust always thought it would have more to do with Neptune or mercury, but the moon makes more sense I guess. If you feel like looking at any of your other transits in the dream diary Lonake (or anyone that keeps one) I'd be really curious. IP: Logged |

i was looking through my journals to see if i could find a pattern in my dreams and i dunno if i can.. i remember my dreams on a nightly bases for the most part. i had a lucid dream on pisces moon recently and it was conjunct neptune/chiron and ive noticed that when i have the moon transiting my 12th, 3rd, 9th, ill have stranger dreams or when the moons in a mutable sign, and sometimes during a new/full moon my dreams will be more wild or quirkier than usual but its so hard to tell. ive notice quiet a few times of having really morbid dreams with the moon in gemini. i have a lot of ghost dreams and i found one that happend on a scorpio moon and venus was conjunct merc and there was a lot of transits to pluto and neptune.. but along with my strange dreams it usually correlates to my moods as well, usually when i have a really disturbing dream ill be in a pretty bad mood for that day. Yeah, I know what you mean about the moods. I've mentioned it to people, but then they look at me funny lol. When I have a really vivid or strange dream I'm in a weird mood all day too. It makes the day feel less real or something. It's hard to explain... IP: Logged |
