Person in this chart has been telling me since I met him that he doesn't think he is going to live for a long time and will die before age 30. He says he almost died twice when he was little and has always felt he will die young.

Is there anything in his chart that will indicate early death in any way . Any feedback will be appreciated.

Let me know if you would like for something to be added to chart that can perhaps help answer this. I am hoping that there are indicators of long life to be honest but he feels strongly that he will die young so I wonder if anything in his chart indicates this.

I'm the same, I think the same about my life but for some reason I'm still meant to be here. When I was young I thought I'd never make it to 25. Now I think OK I might get to 40 but I'll never make it to 60.
If you really want to look for death it's v.complicated and some would argue impossible.
I have had some scares with death, one very strange incident when I actually heard a spirit's voice talk to me who told me what to do to avoid an accident. Ever since then I've felt protected. I would argue that if he has had repeated near misses with death that it is just not his time.
Chart wise I see the Pluto Scorp right there at the top for a morbid preoccupation, sq to the Sun which rules H8. So it' directed at him, those morbid feelings he has he feels like he's right in the cross hairs of them. Pluto/Scorp emphasis is classic for the 9 lives syndrome. Moon/Mars in Aries also points to strong constitution, by itself, and it looks to be receiving supportive trines from Saturn (longevity). But I wouldn't really look to a natal by itself to say re; physical health conditions cos I haven't studied them that much. What I would say is that there is the Capricorn ASC with ruler trine Mars in domicile, pts to consistent strength, not pushing one's self too hard, helps Aries Mars moderate itself whereas it could otherwise run around on itself with all the excess. Jupiter sq Uranus/Venus could overdo it with partying/drinking if he is inclined to that lifestyle, that could invite health problems if overdone or in severe cases lapses of judgment. Pluto/Sun can push themselves to the edge and feel like they can survive the trip. Moon/Mars Aries can be impatient.
t.Neptune is right on his Merc, and has been for a while, Merc is secondary ruler of his 8th. Could be read as a death fantasy, or fuzzy thinking related to H8 matters, you could interpret it in diff ways.

Even if someone could see death in your chart they aren't going to tell you. One of the rules on this forum is to never mention if someone is going to die.

Lonake.......he definitely fantasizes about death but I think he is meant to be here and will live a long life but he really doesn't want to be here . He is very deep into mystery religions which could be the fuzzy H8 thinking you are referring to. He just lets it own him, I think this is bc neptune conjuncts his ascendent. I tell him he needs to work on stronger boundaries and approach these topics (other planes, mystery religions) purely intellectually. I like topics like these myself but strong boundaries are a must with these topics I think.

Beth.....didn't know about the rule, thanks for sharing.

Lonake, he has super extremely vivid dreams specially lately! Could it be that t.neptune transiting his mercury?

His sun and mercury been rulers of his 8th explains his fascination and attraction to the occult..

He is an aqua so he has a vision of how he wants the world to be and his neptune conjunct ascendent makes him extremely sensitive to his surroundings so this combination results in him feeling disillusioned easily by humanity and the current neptune transit combined with sun and mercury been his 8th house ruler direct this disillusion with humanity to the desire to escape it by occult means (death so he can transcend to a higher dimension).

^ Yea could be. Merc/Neptune is also a factor for telepathy, mind reading, visionary thinking, etc.
