You know when you might say about a person that “there was just something” about them.. Well I felt that way about this song… It felt Scorpionic to me, in a good way.

So I looked it up and listened to it on youtube (a version that had lyrics). The band is called Madcon and the song is called Beggin’…
As I’m reading the lyrics.. I think to myself “This sounds a lot like Scorpio Mars to me….” – so I looked up the guys in this band to see whether either of them had MIS… but their birthdays were not on wiki.
The strange thing was… only some parts sounded like Scorpio Mars… and others were a bit “off” lol

Well it turns out – as I just found out – this song was not written by Madcon. It was written by Bob Gaudio from The Four Seasons – waaaay back in 1967.. (Madcon did a remake.. and added on some rap-bits of their own).
And Bob Gaudio does have a Scorpio Mars…. Actually, not only does he have a Scorpio Mars but he has just about everything that counts in Scorpio LOL

That just goes to show you how well I know my MIS men!
And how much I like them…

It was seriously 5 seconds of the song that I’d heard initially – and I just knew it was Scorpionic

Its from the German rock band, the Scorpions. Yes, its a 1982 old school heavy metal, and the name of the song is "No One Like You" from the album "Blackout."

I was 19 years old then, and hard to believe, but I was a rebel rocker, although I was in the military and I had a buzzcut and was buff.
