I read on the internet that this Moon placements makes me popular with women and that friends are very important for me in my life; I think this relates more to the Moon being my 11th House (Aquarius House), but doesn't explain anything about the Pisces Energy and Aries Energy combined.

If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it; and if you have any other ideas, opinions or/and knowledge that you wish to include, I would be very interested. I want to learn a lot about my chart, so everything and anything would be great. Thank you ]

When you have two signs in one house or more that means you have signs intercepting those houses. If your moon in Aries is in the 11th house and Pisces is the sign on the cusp, then Aries is intercepted in your 11th house. Research cusp placements and planet placements to get a better idea, everything I'd say would just be speculation. Any planet in the 11th favors friendships because it's the group and friendship house. The concentration of your energy is in the 9th house, you should research planets placements in houses, the results will be intriguing.
