http://www.astrologyavatar.com/FAQ.html This is the first time I came across this site. I really like their natal interpretations, mainly the Venus ones! I've read several interprs online, over the years, but these seem more accurate to me.

Cool descriptions, thank you for the link Betty Boop. It's a nice twist on describing Moon and Venus signs. I'd thought I'd read them all also but this was pleasantly tenacious. Moon in Aries, Venus in Leo.IP: Logged |

I see myself in both moon in Libra and moon in scorpio...then again I have pluto conjunct my moon and it's all in the 8th house.Venus in Virgo absolutely nails it, barring almost the entire last paragraph, except the part about worrying and getting angry if people show up late, which is very true. My venus is in cancer.. It didnt really fit so much, except needing the security... I have venus sq pluto so I read Scorpio just to see and that actually fit better, than the cancer one. IP: Logged |

"Women with Venus in Pisces have a vulnerability that attracts others to protect them. Sometimes they misuse facts and embroider the truth. Despite their genteel appearance (it’s that illusion thing!), they have been known to swear like a sailor and are capable of escaping a dangerous situation. Like the saying, “Doctor, heal thyself,” they find it more difficult to help themselves than to help others. Not being able to discriminate between what is the potential or what the reality in love, brings heartaches. The ensuing breakdown in relationships is disillusioning and causes much personal misery. "People that know me well, know I swear like a sailor. lmao. IP: Logged |

To be honest, i find it very difficult to recongnise myself as a Venus in Scorpion. Despite the fact that my Venus is my chart ruler AND its sits in the 7th house. If I were to discount the housesa nd work strictly with signs, I guess it would possibly be that my Venus in Scorpio sits in BEHIND my Sun in Sag. That is maybe why I just don't recognise it. Sure I am passionate, sure I am intuitive but I don't see myself as "sultry" , "brooding" or even "sexy". These are terms I see i others and not necessarily in myself. I read the Venus in Sagittarius and Venus In Libra one and I think, "Yeah, mix that in with Venus in Scorpio and you have me in a nutshell!"

Cos if you admire sexy Scorp like people, it's likely that you come across that way. I think it's natural.IP: Logged |

I am definitely a Venus-in-Scorpio, though I don't see myself as "sexy". I've been *told* frequently that I'm "beautiful", "shapely", and "sexy" by many different people, and I do feel that I dress well, but I don't think of myself as "sexy". I also disagree with the thing about strong "urges". I'm emotionally but not sexually passionate. Sex doesn't honestly matter to me. However, everything else fits me. The part about food and cooking really hit home. I do like to read someone's chart (they mention tea leaves, but I'm a "chart person"). I also agree completely with the part about how we "participate in transformative love". I see that going on with me on a spiritual level right now. The moon in Cancer thing is true. I do love to cook and bake for people on special occasions, and I like to do it well. I won't make you bad food. I have had stomach issues when I've felt upset and stressed out. ------------------ *I use the whole sign system* Personal Planets: Sun, Mercury: Libra Venus: Scorpio Moon: Cancer Mars: Capricorn See my profile for my complete chart. Whoa, as soon as I scrolled down to Moon in Libra this caught my eye: quote: To keep themselves organized and on-task, this moon-sign keeps handy color-coded post-it lists. Their kitchen will be neat and organized, and equipped with time and effort saving devices.
The person with chronic migraines and the quesadilla maker says: I am working off a neon blue to-do list as we speak (or type)... ETA: I don’t know about Venus in Leo though. This interpretation is slightly better than others (esp. because it talks about food, yay!) but I think people always give a one note definition to planets in Leo. “They love drama” “Everything has to be dramatic” “They are the stars of the show” “They love attention” “They love yellow and orange” “They have a lot of hair” – those are usually the bases of the interpretations. It’s all very superficial. Sometimes I wonder if many authors just don’t like Leos. There is more to Leo than just drama, hair and gold jewelry. IP: Logged |

Asc Taurus: "Sure I am passionate, sure I am intuitive but I don't see myself as "sultry" , "brooding" or even "sexy". These are terms I see i others and not necessarily in myself." Lonake Do other people see you like that, or is it completely off the mark? Cos if you admire sexy Scorp like people, it's likely that you come across that way. I think it's natural. To be honest, I don't admire Scorpions. To me, being open , generous and a bundle of fun and spontaneous energy is SEXY. I have been called "sexy", even "brooding". But this is not a quality that I recognize in myself as, as I have mentioned, the Scorpion part is hidden. I once had an interesting thing happen at the gym where these guys were talking and I walked in to take a shower. I didn't pay them much attention and started to undress and the one guy blatantly said" Wow,I am not gay or anything, but you have a hot body". Even though it felt good hearing all that,I got embarrassed and covered up. Since then, I haven't showered at the gym. A stunning woman I know has her Venus in Sagittarius and she is so much fun. We talk and laugh about absolutely everything. But I also reckon that it's her Sun forming a conjunction with it that gives such positive vibes. One guy I knew was a chick magnet and he had his Venus in Scorpio forming a very close conjuction with his Sun. He knew how to "work it" and would always find excuses to take his shirt off. It used to drive the girls wild. Many people think that that kind of "coming out the water in a speedo with water dripping on every part of your torso" is "sexy". I just roll my eyes to that. It's so silly to me. So Scorpio represents a lot of that to me, I just don't see myself like that. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't say that this is Scorpionic. It's more like Taurus or Leo. The man with Sun conj Venus - would have a Leonized Venus - hence his extroverted/stripping tendencies! But Scorpio is usually more psychological... It all happens in the mind, not on the outside.. and they love to keep things hidden. IP: Logged |
