Sometimes i have extreme anxiety i can't control, it comes out of no where & it drives me to to the point that makes me tremble. At times it worries me and I find the level of intensity abnormal. I tried telling the people i'm close to but they think i'm over-reacting because i don't come across that way. The only thing that seems to relate to my situation is my natal chart. I've been told it's pretty intense. What exactly in my chart makes me feel this way? IP: Logged |

I have a great deal of experience dealing with anxiety disorders, both myself, a loved one, and a friend.Go talk to someone, it'll help i promise. Just don't discount the idea if you don't find the right person right away. Find the avenue that you would think would work for you, don't go to a professional just because you think it would help. Myself I know i could never go to a psychologist, it's waaaay too science and medicinal in its approach, i prefer counseling therapy. Instinctively I would say all the water in your chart, especially scorpio sun and pisces moon. that would mean you feel VERY intensely all the time, and as someone with a pisces venus ascendant, i know that that can be very difficult to deal with, and then the scorpio would make you want to deal with it and everything down to its core, and your mercury would make you speak bluntly about your issues. I see how you would feel very mudddled. That said, i'm not very good at identifying that kind of stuff so i'll leave it to other people. Please don't let anxiety control your life, it can be very managable, it just takes a little work to get to that point. <3 IP: Logged |

This is very helpful thank you :] The only thing that might tie me down from being able to talk to a professional is money. However, astrology has been a great eye opener. Ah yes, i've been told that especially since all my signs are in there natural houses (sun 8h, moon 12h, mercury 9h) that these traits would be brought out even more. Though like i said, most people don't notice my anxiety oddly enough. Could be the scorpio placements? I'm very guarded. When this phase in my life occurs i make myself a complete loner, and try to deal with it until i feel good again. But i refuse to expose my feelings due to embarrasement, which is probably unhealthy i know. I will try to find ways to fix it. Just leaving this comment is a good start :] Thanks again IP: Logged |

I remember the complete embarrassment, the feeling that no one in this world feels this way, that no one could comprehend and even if they did, they'd judge you and think you are a complete loser. You did good in posting here.I suffered from horrendous panic attacks in my twenties (I'm thirty now, but it feels a lifetime away). After a few years, I spent a couple of weeks in my house since going out felt like the end of the world. Even then, I opted to go to a biofeedback therapy I found over the Internet. It was complete bs, but afterwards I had to also see a psychologist. He happened to be trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral technique) and was a tremendous help. To this day I have so much gratitude for this man. I also could hide my panic attacks quite well, but that was counter productive - it adds to the feeling of shame and people thought I was being conceited. Freebrainstorms is right, talking to someone will help, even if you don't find the right one right away. All the best to you and I know it doesn't feel that way, but you should know that it will pass and that you will see yourself as a survivor. Good luck! IP: Logged |

What helped in that period of time (aside from cbt, I think it would of been useless without it) is a supplement called Berocca. I don't know if you have it where you live, but here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berocca IP: Logged |

Pisces moon opposition jupiter may be the reason for it. Your moon is in pisces and in the 12th house, you are a lot more sensitive than people see. The jupiter oppostion amplifies the effect.IP: Logged |

I find that embracing anxiety and then finding an understanding person with whom you can cry, helps. The tears will wash away pain, I find.------------------ Want a peek in to my journal? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Moon in the 12th may be it for you. This is a very hard place for your deepest heart, which is your moon.------------------ Want a peek in to my journal? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Pisces moon in the 12th quincunx Chiron in the 5th in Leo. Let me run this by you. Do you feel emotions SO deeply that you are almost immobilized? Do you feel ashamed and embarrassed about them so you can hardly even share them. Do you feel you don't even know what you are feeling half the time? Then, on top of that you have a great deal of sadness in being able to use you emotions for creativity and fun which would be a release. It may be hard for you to have fun and casual things. So, you have to big issue to resolve here, as I see it. You CAN do it cuz the quincunz can transform unlike the square which stays steady ------------------ Want a peek in to my journal? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Your goal is to transform your pain into Leo fun, Leo confidence,Leo exuberance and Leo childlike wonder. You need to mine Leo, in other words. Read up on Leo and all that it is. You need to become that fun person. Read up on the 5th house and all that embraces. Force the childlike part of yourself out. Force your moon/deepest heart to EXPRESS itself. It wants to hide. That is your real problem---hiding. That may be your anxiety. Find the right people to whom you can emote everything--anger, pain, joy, silliness etc
Emote it---cry,rage. Be real!!!! I think you will and can heal if you do this. Does this resonate with you?

Thanks for the feedback ^^ I can definitely relate to your 3rd paragraph. At first I didn't realise that i was coming off snobby to people with my guarded image, and it made my level of anxiety worse. Still, i can't help but feel ashamed by letting my emotions out there. I tell myself that i'd rather be disliked for the thought that i'm conceited than people thinking i'm a wimp & they can wak all over me. I don't have a strong family I can lean on, but I'm glad there are people like you i can relate to :] IP: Logged |

Wow, you described my emotions to a Tee. Yes creativity such as drawing is a great escape for me. On a good note that's the best way people can understand how i feel, especially if my drawings are depressing. So do you think the Moon-Chiron is the biggest reason why I feel anxiety? IP: Logged |

Interesting, after doing some research on this aspect I can see how it can cause some tension. IP: Logged |

I think that it's Pluto related. You may not feel this way now (come to think of it, I did), but you have a tremendous power that you must learn to harness and channel into something. The trouble with Pluto is that if you don't surrender at first, it will make your life miserable. And you must learn the hard way how it's like to be vulnerable - the extent of this depends on how much you resist it. For me, it was those two weeks when I couldn't leave my home. I know that it's easy to give advice (just go with the flow, don't fight it), but it's much harder to be actually living it. Truth is, once you let go, you'll own all that power and feel really good about it too. The hard part is just getting there. IP: Logged |

i know that pluto in the 6th can give bowel problems, so even though you dont have it in the 6th and since its conjunct your sun it affects your bowels as well. and since pisces is the opposite sign of virgo that rules the intenstines, ive noticed that the polar signs sort of share health symptoms. like with aries/libra when theres kidney ailments you get headaches.. so ive noticed a lot of pisces or pisces moon people who get anxiety.
