Or someone that always has to put on a show for everyone, comes off as being ostentatious, and unnecessary.

You know the people that will pretend to slip and fall and moan and cry just to get attention and sympathy? Instead a regular person will slip, pick themselves up and continue on. Just curious what placements and aspects are key in a birth chart to pin-point this?

Leos are dramatic, yes, but mostly for the sake of glory not really to garner sympathy.

I have found that water signs, especially Pisces, tend to be the “slip and fall and moan and cry" types.

Yes, Leo likes attention, but Cancer loves sympathy, spoken by a Cancer moon

I have pisces moon 12H & pisces asc. I wish i could tell you the last time i cried but i don't remeber. When bad occurrences happen, for me it's usually public humiliation, I tend to just make myself unknown for a few days until the embarrasement goes away. Expressing my emotions to world would only make the situation worse and more memorable.

I think someone who has Moon square Uranus in there chart could be a drama queen.

Really? Pisces? LOL admittedly I use to do that..
I would get hurt and kind of exaggerate it especially when someone I fancied was right around the corner.. I would move closer to them and plan out how it would go down..

like I would bump into the wall and it would hurt but fade away ad once I seen someone I fancied I would exaggerate it and move right into their vicinity/view so they would rush right to me and ask what had happened.... this is how I sometimes got guys numbers LOOOL...... *guilty*

I know what you mean Moonfish it isn’t really about the literal “slip and fall” though. It is about how they handle the slip ups in life, the water signs tend to get emotional about it (“oh the humiliation!”), whereas an air sign would think about it (“maybe I could have done a side step or maybe…”), a fire sign would take action (“I’ve got to move this rock I keep tripping over”) and an earth sign would be realistic about it (“hey, everyone trips sometimes”). I know that is using the old generalizations but they actually seem to work…

To less emotional signs that feeling of humiliation that water signs get can seem like drama.

I have had 3 Pisces guy friends literally cry to me about their problems. One Pisces guy started crying in a bar(!) to get my Virgo friend's sympathy (it worked!)...

Cancer guys with Leo Moon! Over-the-top emotional displays, until ignored, upon which they retreat into their shells to sulk.

(I'm a Cap with Aqua Moon and don't mesh well with such dudes. My Sun & Mars trine Saturn are attracted to the stoic type.)

I always view Aries as very dramatic, needy, attention seeking.

My male friend describes himself as a "peacock" because he literally ALWAYS needs to showoff and have the attention on him.

Same with my best friend who is an Aries...she wants to be famous. She doesn't want to be an actress....just "famous"... she dreams of the red carpet, NOT an Oscar. Hilarious.

One of my former friends was a drama queen. She was a Sag Sun/Cancer Moon. Aries moon can also be quite dramatic.

^Oh yes, Cancer Moon. I know an Aqua with Cancer Moon who loves to entrap someone with her out-of-this-world cooking, upon which she will spend hours complaining and crying about her current sad state of affairs. She is affluent and healthy so I don't see what her problem is, besides being a drama queen.

I don't think anyone's gonna agree with me but Taurus. I know a few who, when they have the flu, 'might have to go to hospital because it could be blood poisoning', or if theyr'e late 'I can't make it because my boss will be really angry if I leave work early and then fire me and then I'll be homeless'.

Who on earth would fall on purpose?

A few months ago, I slipped ended up on my knees with my teeth scraping the wood floor and my glasses flying off. Once the shaking was over, and I noted that my teeth were okay, I thought it was hilarious.

I have neptune in first house (Aqua ascendant) and I used to have a big problem with exaggerating stuff or even faking illness for attention? I kindof see "drama queen" placements to be like a ....pisces or cancer thing. Like a cancer moon (in my experience, some cancer moons enjoy attention and sympathy way too much, esp. females, but not all)
