I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

yea, a lot of stress at home....i'm not usually stressed, but i'v been so stressed that my body is even showing symptoms...i'm just glad that mars is a fast moving planet....and things are starting to get better------------------

Use that Mercury in Sag energy and kick start your sense of humor and laugh at whatever is bugging you. Find an outlet to channel this energy and you'll feel better.What seems large and stressful today - won't matter in a month, 6 months, a year, 5 years from now. IP: Logged |

i wish i could be so optimistic right now....but unfortunately i live with a person full of negativity....i do try to be positive when i can.....UGH, i hate being pestimistic about being optimistic....i mean, reading this back its all like "boo hoo me" ------------------

I had negative people in my life and I turned to writing jokes about them. I knew an emotional terrorist who would wage hell on me and then I just wrote up some colorful secret joke about this person and let it go.....Sarcasm and cynicism works for me too......but then I have a very dark sense of humor.......you can find light in the dark stuff

great idea....if the source of negativity wasnt as cynical and openly jokes about me...she even does this with other people IN FRONT OF ME! as if i dont have feelings..worst of all, its my mother Ian, i do try to relax when i can...i play music at night...i even lighted some candles and incense the other day ------------------

its my mother and we're codependent....if i could live on my own i would....if i thought my mom could live on her own, i'd leave------------------

My mom used to be just awful with me when I was a lot younger. We had a few confrontations and I told her where to go many times and now things are good.Even an adult, I find some parents to be quite horrible to their adult children and I think treatment like that needs to stop. My mom treated me like a kid still in my 30s - not no more though. Distraction is always good to help alleviate the stress. The less time you are around the negative person the better. Sometimes on dealing with negative people - it can be advisable to not take things personally and to be objective about things. Once, when I was stressed, I had a friend offer to give me an axe and go attack this old tree stump in his yard....I'm not a violent type....maybe beat up pillows or something like that. I usually find dark humor joke or surf on Youtube to find a song that fits how I feel..... With my kids, I'll usually listen to that song from the 60s They're coming to take me away ha ha....... I'm sorry about your mom...your a year older than me that is too young to be taking care of your mom...especially if she doesn't seem appreciative, and is being negative.I have no idea how old your mom is...but your happiness and sanity matter...If you can't take it anymore maybe look into other alternatives for your mom...maybe an affordable place where she can be taken care of. If it's possible get out of the house as much as possible. And maybe she secretly is not happy with her self being dependent on you...and is taking her frustration out on you.
