The last time I looked at my Progressed chart was maybe over a year ago, but today out of chance and boredom I took a look and WOAH.

Is that a YOD? I've heard mix messages about the Yod and I don't even know how to interpret it in a progressed chart.

Help, please?

ohh, this, i'm curious to know too. i cannot really put my finger on Yod, and like you Purrr i have a Yod in my progressed chart. mine is with Sun/Venus as the point with Saturn and Jupiter/moon/BML. on top of that Mars opposes Sun/Venus, all very tight.

it's supposed to point at what you have to focus on, right? but i don't know how to weave in all the planets etc.

I tend not to look at aspect patterns too much, as the influence should be given in single does. A to B.

Sextile between Pluto and Neptune, which is the same for many over the last how ever many years. Sextile is the 3rd best aspect, so that's a good one. The quincunx from Pluto to Venus (in Gemini) and from Neptune to Venus is not the best to work with. Second worse aspect. 2 bad aspects and one quite good aspect is more on the bad side, than good.

I would seriously suggest looking at single aspects, as opposed to configurations.

I'm confused. I see the sextile between Pluto and Neptune, but how can they both be quincunx to Gemini Venus... that's an orb of 8 degrees...

On the otherhand, I'm looking at the sextile between my Sun and Jupiter, which are quincunx to my Uranus/Saturn conjunction... All those aspects are within a 4 degree orb.

BUMP since we were talking about yods the other day. How would one interpret a yod between Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn conj Uranus? It's an odd set of energies...

Coffee, don't you know enough about inconjuncts to know that astro.com puts them in green dashes? Why are you spouting inaccurate info to someone about their chart?

To Purr, Yods are v.special energy forces, the onus is on not the planets that make the sextile, but the planet(s) that they quincunx to, in this case Saturn/Uranus. Because this is in a progressed chart your Sun will eventually move out of orb. While in orb and applying/exact (for the next 2 yrs or so) there is an opportunity to take charge of resources and to change the way you think of your self worth as the inconjuncts point to planets in the 2nd. Progressed Sun is in the 9th, did it move from the 10th? You're developing a broader vision to serve your interests in actualizing yourself, sextile Jupiter in the 7th, the contacts that you make with others help to faciliate this. Sextiles don't give you everything you need, like the trine, but they point you in the right direction. Does this seem to fit, or is it off the mark?
