I'm not really a bracelet person I really only wear then if my outfit is too plain.

I feel naked without earrings.

Since I'm sorta young most of my jewelry is cheap junk.

Thank you very much! As you can see, I'm a classic Rolly guy (I know they are a bit bland, but I'm a cappy after all).

I'm very glad you like the Calatrava. Its my pride and joy. I like it so much that I hesitate to wear it: does that even make sense?

The Speedmaster is in a class of its own, and there's nothing out there quite like it.

I don't have a Vacheron, and that's on my list.

I know its a ladies' thread and I feel bad invading it with boring guy watches. Nice Van Cleef stuff you posted though!

No, no, I love Caps and their watches! Too many guys are giving up watches because of cell phones, you guys have to bring it back!

Its a matter of perspective. Some guys view watches as tools to tell time, and that's all. I view watches as jewelry. I upgrade my cell phones regularly to the latest models available, but I fail to view them as nothing but communication devices and not status symbols. Some guys view cell phones as an extension of themselves lol Also, there is a tiny bit of price difference between.. say a iPhone 4S or Droid Razr and... a Calatrava...

OOoo IWC Portugese is gorgeous. I grew up a sports watch guy. The Speedmaster was the benchmark against which all others are judged. I like the Rolly Daytona as well. As I grew older, my dad's passion for the President started growing on me. Its a tad ostentatious wearing a President all around town, so I save it for unique occassions. I do wear a well-worn Datejust on a daily basis.
