I had a look at my past synastries... and I think this is the most important area of romantic compatibility for me!It's not even so much the Moon *sign* as it is the aspects. My Moon is square my Sun and sextile my Mercury.
I feel a stronger connection to people who also have a Sun/Moon aspect and a Moon/Mercury aspect.
I am used to expressing my feelings... with ease. I don't find it uncomfortable. The Moon/Merc sextile is the closest aspect in my chart. So I need someone who can also express his feelings just as easily and openly.
The Sun/Moon is not very close.. but it still counts. This is more about having a kind of 'staying power' in relationships and roughing it out through the bad times. Post your Moon sign & aspects... and those of your partner!! Are they similar? Do you feel like this is an important factor in your compatibility? IP: Logged |

sun and moon?Moon conjunct Venus Sun trine Netune
Sun trine Ascendant
Sun sextile Pluto
Sun opposite N.Node
Sun conjunct BML don't know what i can say about that.. i've found that partnerships are defined by my seventh and what it needs.. the signs on the cusp don't so much matter but the person's sun with the ruling planet of my seventh in conjunction, does; in their chart, not mine. IP: Logged |

tux - When you have a really *good* relationship with someone - do they also have a Moon/Venus aspect? I'm not so sure about the Sun.... It doesn't seem to mean as much to me in romance.. although it does, in friendship. IP: Logged |

don't think i've ever met another person with moon conjunct venus.. with the exception of one that i sent to hell in a rage because they were partnered up and they suddenly got defensive when their 'mate' told them that i made em feel uncomfortable because i was getting 'too close'.. had they known that i had my eye on the moon/venus person perhaps i wouldn't have been so enraged; the accusation is what did it because it was soooo not true! that person's sun fell in my twelfth house... the moon/venus person fell in my eleventh and after that discussion, i kind of blew em off and never talked to them again. no moon/venus other than that. for basic attraction as a rule, for guys you would look at their moon and venus and for women, you would look at their sun and mars and of course, the tables don't always remain the same and they kind of turn when you look at the chart of someone interested in the same sex. the one's that have made me really ooze have been the one's with their sun in conjunction to the planet that rules and fall's in my sixth/seventh. I have Moon opposite Jupiter by 1 degree and I've dated 3 guys (out of the 5 total guys I've dated in my adult life) with that aspect, not just Moon/Jupiter, but Moon opposite Jupiter.IP: Logged |
