I used to know this guy.. and he would flash himself on camera for people unwarranted.. So I'm wondering what placements or aspects would indicate a need for sexual defiant behavior??

I've read about several aspects, but the guy your speaking of might have a mars uranus aspect? I read that mars uranus aspects can sometimes make a "flasher."
Venus uranus can sometimes be deviant as well.
