I can't possibly make this crap up!!

Been hounded by a woman I know that is like... explicitly after my rear end. I don't really get why, except that we have the same profession and the same career achievement objectives. Except her career is more successful and she is wealthy.

Other than that, I like her and everything, but I told her that I'm happily married and I'm not interested. She still just wants me in her bed, and to leave my wife and kids. The sickest part is the she knows my wife well and vice versa. Devious. That's why I have like... kept my distance.

On a physical level, she is attractive and everything, but not spectacular. Sorry, its hard competing against my wife.

Anyway, besides being married, I can't possibly be in a relationship with her. No offense, but I don't want to bed a female version of me! Its nauseating! It'll be like Wall Street Journal meet Financial Times, and the offspring would be probably Fortune magazine or Forbes or something like that.

Tonight I finally found out why I'm so repulsed. The astrology is so sickeningly similar!! Gross!!

Why are you expending energy about another woman you claim you have no interest in/want to bed if you have a wife ?
Are you sure you aren't interested in this woman?

No not at all. I'm absolutely 100% certain. I do admire her career success, and we do discuss the next steps in my career. That much is true. But this woman belongs to the same organization that my family does, and where my sons ride horses. She has had dinner with my wife and I, among others. I have met her at her office once, but that was only because I dropped by her company for business and it would have been rude of me not to check in. Its common practice in my profession to pay professional courtesy. Anyway, I get no jollies with a woman in a business suit, and it doesn't turn me on. Not that it matters, but she is also older. If I were intent on having a fling, I would rather look for a woman half my age! I have many many friends who are women, and in fact almost all my close friends are women and I have no male close friends. My wife knows all my friends personally, and many of them but not all are married. No interest in bedding any of them. Heck, my wife's friends are fashion models. If I were a sleaze ball, its them I would go after. Would I want a 5 foot 3 woman weighing 130 pounds in a business suit or would I want a 5 foor 9 inch woman weighing 115 pounds in a couture mini dress and a body of a goddess? Geesh. Tough choice. Bottom line is that I'm not a sleaze ball. I am married. Sorry if I turned abrupt and aggressive, but that question got my goat.

Seems to me like he's expending energy satisfying astrological curiosity. I've compared synastry with people I have zero personal interest in, to see what it is in my chart that attracted them. Venus is always involved.

In this particular case, her Mars may be in hard aspect to your Venus, hence her being the pursuer.

Ian, I get a feeling that this woman may well be the "2 of Cups" card I drew for you the other day. She offers you something which you do not want. She's professionally involved with you. Does your rejecting her pursuing you sexually affect how you collaborate on a business level? Have you had to reject doing business with her because you know she's also pursuing you?

anongrl10,

I'm professionally involved with a lot of women: bankers, lawyers, accountants, physicians, etc. Business opportunities abound everywhere. Nobody ever approaches anothet and explicitly requests sex. That is ridiculous. I have no collaboration with her besides being members of a country club. There isn't any specific busines proposition on the table and I wouldn't go near any such proposition with a 40 foot pole. She is wealthy on her own and is from a super wealthy family. She is trying to throw money at me to buy me out. That is distasteful. I like wealth, but I rather work for it on my own. I'm not for sale, whether by the hour or by the lifetime.

I don't think she's the "2 of Cups" you were referring to. I think you got it absolutely right the first time around.

Yep. Her. Except last night she was pulling stunts and my wife was like... next door. Absolutely no shame. Some of the guys there were like... w-t-f. Some were grinning (the jerks) and but most were horrified. I walked to the car and sat in the car for 45 minutes for everyone to finish to resolve the issue. You can't barge into a locked car.

I finally found out her time of birth last night. It was the only way to stop her from descending one me. I swear she was about to lean on to the couch and rape me lol I was in a club house with a bunch of gentlemen drinking at the bar or playing billards.

"Do you happen to know what time you were born?" That stopped her cold in her tracks for about 5 seconds stunned, and then I said, "Pardon me, I have to attend to something." And off I went to the car lol

Hmm, I understand you are upset but you seem almost like screaming to me in this response.
What I was saying is that there is a possibility that this is the person IFF you are doing some type of business with her.
And I asked if you do.
If you don't, she's not the woman my reading was referring to and neither is the other woman (the younger one) that *you* thought the cards referred to. Why? Because if I remember right, you don't do any business with her either!
The 2 of cups was in a horseshoe spread that answered your question about professional advancement. It was not just a random card for a random question. The original post in this thread made me feel that perhaps she is a business partner. However, you're now saying that you're not doing business with her nor do you work together. Has she offered you a business partnership of some sort? If not, I don't think we have found our woman quite yet.

PS: Sometimes I take an exception and let the readings "sit" with me after I finish them. This follow-up however is not easy for the querent to understand as I "feel" the energy of their reading and they don't. Many times the cards speak of things ("things" being people, places, symbols, events, whatever) the querent has no clue about yet not only because they may refer to the future but also (and more often) because they may refer to issues (things, people, events, etc.) in the present the querent is blinded to/unaware about. Without trust between the querent and the reader, it's very easy for this exchange to turn into an argument and for my wish to further help to receive an ungrateful response. So I'm sorry but I won't bring this up again. Thanks.

Anongrl10,

I sincerely apologize if you feel this way because it was not my intent to argue with you.

I was riled up by an earlier post by an individual who insinuated that I have questionable fidelity. That set me off and my aggressive business side reared its ugly side.

Yes, I was very upset when I responded to your post, and it shows, and I'm sorry for that. You didn't get me that way.

Perhaps I'm being overly sensitive, but I am just defending my turf and the stereotype that "all men are sleaze."

If being married means that I shouldn't pay attention to half the freaking population, then call me whatever you want, because I value my female friendships more than anything that can be advocated in this forum. Perhaps I should just stay away from forums in general because I don't get along with many people.

Again, I wasn't meaning to turn this into any argument, and that would be contrary to the spirit of the rapport that has been developed. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me.

My best regards.

[Edit] Whoops, I misunderstood there. Thought the lady packing heat is the shameful woman.

If I were you I would tell wife that this lady is coming on to you. Tell her you don't like her and feel uncomfortable but thought she should know since she is disrespecting her....if she knows she will probably have a talk with her and lady will then leave you alone since your wife has mars in leo and so do I, I know we can be really be assertive and clear when we need to and am confident lady will leave you alone if wife confronts her with class but very assertively. Obviously this chick just wants you bc she is capricious and likes a challenge not bc she has an amazing connection with you otherwise you will share her enthusiasm. Someone needs to talk with her and put her in her place and make it clear to her what her boundaries are. You are happily married and she needs to understand that and BACK OFF.

Understood.

However, I worry about this woman's safety if I were to tell my wife My wife is from the South

But the guys at the club have already told her to buzz off, and I think one of the guys took her home last night, in a manner of speaking, so I hope the entire issue has been resolved.
