The signs most prominent in my chart are Aries/Capricorn/Pisces and my Venus/NN in Taurus. I like any combination of these signs in a woman. However, I have so many problems with the men.
Aries/Taurus men seem very chauvinistic to me.
Pisces influenced men can have very negative views towards sex and can sometimes be mysoginistic.
I've had issues with Pisces Moon, Aries Venus and Taurus Mars in men - in particular. Those placements seem 'compatible' to my chart (and it's true that in the initial stages I do attract many men who have at least one of them)... but in reality I only like the women. The men just annoy me... in different ways... whether it is the Taurus Mars laziness.. or the Aries Venus twisted aggression (expecting me to be more aggressive than I am romantically and hurting me if I don't live up to their expectations)... or the Pisces Moon insanity (usually due to some sort of mother issues which they always seem to project towards the women they fall in love with & are sexually attracted to). How do you guys feel about people (male or female) who have a similar astro-makeup? IP: Logged |

I'm fine w.them, this is my set up and if someone else has the same or opposite signs in most of their personal planets I am generally OK w.them,
so I have Pisces, Capricorn, Libra, Aquarius
and I generally get along w.
Virgo/Pisces, Cancer/Capricorn, Aries/Libra, Leo/Aquarius personal placements...esp. if they have all 5 personals in these signs (so all their personals would be in the same or opposite sign as mine).
Gemini/Sadge is the 1 axis I have the most difficulty identifying with, and don't attract much either. Taurus/Scorp.....Scorps and I get along cos I have the Jupiter there..the Taurus energy overall I find difficult.....the Taurus Sun or Moon..haven't known many ASC's there and the Venus/Mars in Taurus I don't see as being as strong as the Sun or Moon. I feel like, for me...you know how they say in fashion 'purple is the new black', I feel like 'Taurus is the new Scorp' (!) I know the Moon is exalted there but I find the men with it so incorrigible. OK that was a detour.
Anyway Taurus isn't strong in my chart so that doesn't really apply here.Strongest signs according to Pullen:
1)Libra: I'd rather be around Aries Suns. That may be cos I have Saturn/Pluto in Libra so I'm more critical of those w.Libra Sun. And they can probably sense that! Hahaha. Aries I like too cos it's my MC.
2)Capricorn: Like the women more than the men. 'Bout 90% of the men I've met w.Cap Sun are cold and cruel lil b@stards.
3)Scorpio: We generally get along. Both Water Suns + I have Jupiter there. How can you not like having Jupiter around your Sun (!) I encourage their mischievous side which gives them the giggles. .

i never liked black fashion wise.  i'm scorpio, taurus, aries. scorpio my rising and mars. not sure if i know any scorpio men. i only 2 women from the scorpio sign. 1 is my grandma. the other one was born the same day as her but maybe 40 years after or so. she's the friendly type tho. no idea if there are types of scorps lol but my grandma is an intense and dominant one. she was known as a terror when she was still working in the hospital. she is a closet sweetie tho and should stop frontin! taurus. my sun and venus. i know a few guys that range all the taurus stereotypes. the boring ones, the one's that think they're handsome, the hedonists, the gigolos, the businessmen, even the fat one's like hurley from lost. i do double takes sometimes with what they say or do but i'm fine with them either way. i only know 1 woman born near me, they seem sweet and romantic. aries, my merc and i have a first house stellium in scorpio. i like the idea of arians. i only know my aunt and the girl i am seeing that are of that sign. my aunt is an atrocious example LOL!

sigh I don't even know anymore. I guess with Taurus Mars I can still be open to that working out.. I've only had three bad experiences. But with Pisces Moon and Aries Venus it has happened SO many times!!! So I don't think it's just the synastry.
They don't always have their Moon/Venus at the same degree.
Basically almost every time a man dislikes me immediately upon meeting me... he has a Pisces Moon. (it has happened with my step brother who is a Leo, with my first love who is a Pisces sun, with a male acquaintance who is an Aquarius, with a Virgo guy I met a few months ago, with a poster on LL - Capricorn sun, with my former teacher - Scorpio sun and I'm sure I could remember more) I don't know anyone else who has such reactions to me. The dislike is often based on sexual issues they have and wanting to repress my way of expressing myself and my sexuality as a woman. I'm very comfortable in my own body, but they are not. I'm very comfortable being alive in this world and I'm very much in the *here* and now with my feet planted on the ground. They are lost in some lalaland. You would think they might like this about me.. since Cap-Pisces are sextile, but NOT at ALL! They either envy my 'earthy' streak or criticise me for it.
Their behaviour starts off with avoidance... like they refuse to make eye contact or say "hello".. and they try to hide even in situations where they should normally have a conversation with me.. like Christmas lunch (my step brother does this!)
Later it becomes passive-aggression - and it all culminates in overt-aggression... like them screaming at me over some imagined BS. They alternate between acting like they are literally scared of me (mainly - scared of making eye contact!).. at times becoming physically shaky in my presence (my Pisces ex was like this sometimes).... and being very angry and aggressive towards me. Aries Venus men are different. They start of overtly liking me, being attracted to me and singing me praises left, right and centre. But as time goes on they realise that actually I'm a very calm and laid back person. I don't chase. I'm not exciting, nor do I want to be. They see this as 'boring' - but I'm proud to be boring! I'm not looking for a romantic adventure.. that *moves* me... because I'm not interested in that.. I'm past that... I was like this when I was 13 and since then - I grew up! I like where I'm at emotionally and I don't want to be moved at all (Taurus Venus). They end up angry at me, because I'm not the way they want me to be.. and they try to twist my arm into being more Aries-like.. They try to stir, to poke me with a stick, to act like annoying little boys and see whether they get a reaction. 9 times out of 10 they don't - because my reaction is more like "what an idiot!"... Yes, actually I do.
Especially Sags.I think the reason for that is that the ruler of my DESC is in Sag conjunct my Sun. BUT if the Venus is not in Sag, it HAS to be in an Earth or Water sign, preferably, Capricorn or Scorpio.
The fiery and airy Venus-signs don`t do anything for me, except for Venus in Sag. my own Venus is in Cap, and it is more dominant, as it should be given it is the only planet in earth, probably. IP: Logged |

very interesting...the more i've thought about this the more i've found that it does differ between men and women.im Cap sun, Scorp ASC & Venus, Sag Moon & Mercury, Pisces Mars...
With women, the best friends I have are usually Cancers and Virgos with lots of Gemini placements...which I find strange because all of those signs oppose something of mine..my Sun, my Mars, my Moon and Mercury.
With men, they usually are much more like me..lots of guy friends with Scorpio, Pisces, and Sagittarius placements. However..Libra influenced women usually like me and Aquarius influenced men usually like me. Don't get it. You airy folk don't know what you're getting into with someone like me  IP: Logged |

Well when you're talking about your sexuality it sounds like the Mars in Capricorn and it is conj Neptune. The conj to Neptune is what makes the association in my mind to Pisces. The Moon tho....and is it only w.the men you say? Could you read it as a de-facto Moon/Mars synastric conjunction, I wonder? Except your Mars has an Earthy tone to it, is easily manifested and stronger, ultimately since Mars is exalted in Cap. I wonder do they have sexual attraction to you that they don't know what to do with since they're jealous at the same time (of the earthiness, like you said)?
That's all I can think of since you say it happens in various degrees of the Pisces Moon. (Eek, you prob don't even wanna think of your step brother being attracted to you.) But Mars conj Neptune is akin to Pisces Mars in a way, and they all have the Moon in Pisces. Or would it be that since there's that Pisces connection and it is your Mars that they take your actions personally when no harm was intended? The shaking, for instance. Pisces Moons are pretty sensitive to atmosphere. quote:

Sounds like you got this one! They're extrapolating your Aries Sun to your Venus (why wouldn't her love nature be the same) then when they see more and more the earthy feminine side (Cap/Taurus) and the sexuality (Cap Mars) they might think 'Wow, false advertising.' Of course it is not intended, it's just who you are. And then as it is Aries they're not the type to quiet their reactions. Haha, let em know they're not man enough for you lol. That's what I'd say, but in a joking way, saying it to them as if they are little boys (because that is how they're acting), wrinkling eyebrows and grinning. I'd make a joke out of it, if they tried to flirt I'd say 'wow that'd work really well if I were 12 years old, we could be passing notes to each other too' and laugh and walk away. If he did it again I'd say 'I'm gonna have to call your mom cos I heard that she doesn't want her 5th grader to be messing around with girls.' On and on and laugh in their face. That's just me. I have Taurus, Capricorn, Aqua, Gemini, ASC in Libra and NN in Pisces.
- Taurus. One guy that I'm close to. He was born a week after me so we have almost the same placements (except he has a different moon and rising). We've been friends for years and he's like a brother to me. Other than that I do get along with other Taurus Sun sign, but so far never a close bond.
- Capricorn. I really like the women. I have three friends with it ( Aries, Aquarius and Cancer Moons). When I see them so strong, determined and driven, they make want to be better. Love having them in my life.
- Aqua. Only a childhood friend. And she has a Scorpio Moon, Mercury & Venus in Capricorn, Taurus Mars.
- Gemini. I feel comfortable around them (men and women).
- Libra. Love them. One of my exbf is a Libra Sun & Mercury (Gemini Moon) and another one is a Virgo Sun, Libra Moon & Mercury and the guy I'm dating right now has Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Pluto in Libra. I seem to form a bond with Libra women as well.
-Pisces. No. I've never managed to find a common ground with the Sun signs that I've met. They seem like nice people, but I feel out of my element around them (men and women) and I don't understand them at all. I don't know anyone with Moon in Pisces, only with Mars ( one) and Venus (two).IP: Logged |

I honestly don't like them any more or less than I do anyone else. I always assume we'll get along better but I prefer people who are elementally (Air/Fire dominant) similar to me not by signs or placements. Yep that's my experience with people who have a similar Astro-makeup. People who are Air/Fire dominant are most compatible with me, as long as we're not too similar it's all good. I feel great when with fellow Aquarius risers.
If you use Equal house system(s) you will find each similar ASC has the same sign on each house. What differs is the house rulers placed in the signs (on the inside)So, all Aqua riser come across as dominant conversationalists (Aries on 3rd) while the sign Mars is placed in will tell you more about the communication style after getting past the outside mask of the person (signs on cusp) IP: Logged |

Yes and no...I am mostly Fire and Air - actually, I have an Aqua AC and my co-rulers are the only planets I have in feminine signs (Saturn in Virgo, Uranus in Scorpio). I find that I have Fire-Air people more as casual acquaintances and more Earth-Water people as friends and mentors, people close to me. The Fire-Air people are great if I decide to go somewhere to have fun, at a party or something like, that but I find Earth-Water people easier to talk to on a day to day basis. We can just hang out say nothing and it would still be cool. I think it is because I am an introvert and although I get a charge from Fire-Air I burn out quickly. It’s like “okay, I need to go home now”. It might seem like I talk a lot because my posts here are usually ridiculously long but I am pretty quiet in person… I think in some cases, when there is an over-abundance of one or two elements, opposites attract. Hi Lonake - Thank you for the ideas.. I wreck my brain trying to figure out *why* this is happening. With the Aries Venus men I feel like I can avoid them when they are being difficult. But with Pisces Moon men - I have tried so much to get along, to be extra nice to them... It doesn't help! They hate me. They have no reason to, but they do. It's funny you said that about my step brother because my step sis who is a Pisces said the same thing! She thinks he likes me. Although, if this is what being liked by a Pisces Moon feels like, I wish they'd just keep it to themselves - because it really sux.
My latest Pisces Moon experience is with the Aquarius guy I mentioned. There are 50 people in the class where I met him.. and he is friends with 99% of them. But with me, he can't make eye contact and he avoids me like the plague. I knew he had a Pisces Moon before I found out on FB. I was positive! quote:

Yes! - because, as I was saying they have issues with female sexuality. Women with Pisces Moon don't have these issues.. They like the fact that I'm sexually confident & that I'm not a nun in the making (Venus trine Mars). The men want to 'stop' me.. They act like my sexual confidence makes me the 'bad guy' in a Marvel comic.. They feel threatened. I feel like saying: "It's OK.. Really - I'm not going to use my power to take over the world.. Relax!". I almost think that they are threatened by my Venus opposite Pluto... but why would this affect Pisces so much? (mainly Pisces Moon) .. Could it be because it's a very sexual aspect... and Pisces is a very spiritual, non-sexual sign? sand - It's meant to show 'easier communication' but my Mercury is Pisces and I'm still having serious problems communicating with Pisces Mooners. I LOVE other Libra women/Mercury-in-Libra people. People with Mercury in Libra could give seminars on how to communicate properly. People with this Mercury position GET IT when it comes to how to communicate. They speak my language, give me what I need in terms of communication, and I feel like we're connected. Non-communication is VERY disconnecting for me. Mercury Libras operate like I do mentally so we're on the same page. Libra men can be a bit (OK, more than a bit) pervy, but the girls have been great to me. Most of my favorite people in each of my social circles are Libras. I don't mean to be arrogant or narcissistic, but I feel like Libra girls understand me better than any other sign. I have two planets in Cappie and Capricorns have been very good to me too. I like most of the ones that I know, especially the guys. The ones that I know are stable and reliable and trustworthy. ------------------

In the last year or two I've been attracting people with a lot of similar astro-placements, as friends; one friend has an aqua ascendant; the other has the sun in libra, moon in leo and aqua rising, while I have sun in leo, libra moon and aqua rising. How it manifests is for me is that they immediately felt comfortable to me.
