Best to bring a visual of the chart up.

I would like to also look at your chart as well as a synastry chart. The problem is not on her, or you, but on BOTH of you and how you relate to each other. Being polite and kind just because you don't want to curse her isn't the way to go obviously since it has not been working. My hunch is that you need to stand up for yourself and tell her point blank that she needs to "stuff it" when she really gets out of line. A couple of times like that and she will get the message.
The synastry will show where the bullying occurs (house, sign, aspect) but you still have to find ways to put firm boundaries in your relationship with her.
