Well Pluto in Libra rules my 8th house, which contains Venus in Scorpio, Sun, and Neptune in Sag. Pluto is sextile my Mars and Sun/Neptune (which participate in a grand trine with my ASC). My Pluto is also conjunct the DSC and NN (opposed ASC and SN). Pluto in Libra is therefor a release point for my grand fire trine. It also shares the 6th house with my Moon, but is not aspecting her. The ruler of my Moon, Mars is in my first house which gives me a fiery glow somewhat. I guess my Libra Sun gives me a touch of Venus, I have a slight dimple when I smile.
