Hi,I have been paying more attention to Taurus since around September I believe because I realized around that time just how little I know and understand this sign. As I been learning more about this sign and its strength in the last couple of months I have been realizing that I VERY MUCH LACK the strengths of Taurus and that most of my life I have run away from these qualities and not found them valuable because I relate to these qualities very little. Lately though I have been realizing that these qualities are very valuable but that I do not posses them and is just not me. Today I started looking into vedic astrology and have learned that my NN is in Taurus and south node in Scorpio. This actually makes more sense than having NN in gemini like western astrology says I have because taurus is the sign that I least understand. Having SN in scorpio explains why I have been feeling lately that I have outgrown this sign and having NN in Tauras explains why at the age of 28 am starting to realize that I need to incorporate this sign into my personality more and all this realizations were happening without me knowing that in vedic my NN is Taurus and today finding this out confirms the thoughts that I have been having about myself and what I need to work on in the last half of year 2011. I left my old job were I was surrounded by Taurus people or people with Taurus in them quite a lot partially bc I felt like I didn't belong and bc I wanted to work on incorporating qualities of this sign more but on my own in my own way. Talk about an Epiphany that has been at works for several months now and finding out that my vedic NN is in taurus today really brought this Epiphany home !!! I encourage everyone to find out their vedic NN and SN. **All the Taurus out there or anyone with Taurus in you feel free to talk to me about your sign and give me pointers.

no wonder I think outside the box...... Moon in vedic astrology rules thinking and I have it in aqua. In vedic astrology I have mercury in leo which explains why self expression is so important to me and why I can see the big picture and am so passionate about my ideas as opposed to mercury in Virgo which is what I have in natal western which is suppose to not see the big picture. Mercury in leo also explains why I am so sensitive the criticism something that I have been working on for while and have improved a lot with but can still improve more. I have vedic Jupiter, ascendent and southnode in Scorpio which explains why I attract Scorpios but outgrow them (unresolve karma from past life about Scorpio energy and people). I feel vedic astrology is more accurate. I do. Both husband and ex have vedic NN in cancer and both looooooooove been at home. Again I encourage people to check out vedic astrology . IP: Logged |

my aqua friend has several planets in pisces including his NN and he has bipolar. His sun is capricorn not aqua and you look at him and feel the weight he carries. It all makes sense now. His mars is in pisces in vedic astrology and not in aries and he always tells me he doesn't like chasing women and likes dominant women. I have mars in leo in vedic as well so I have that strong personality he likes. It all makes much more sense now.He does however still thinks like an aqua bc he has mercury in aqua and is attracted to mysticism bc of his vedic moon in pisces. He says he observes his environment really easily (vedic moon in pisces). IP: Logged |

Hi Sand.. I think taurus is just a sign that isn't understood. The taurus I have met that I like are actually really family oriented and hard working and listen to complaints their partner's make and then adjust. The taurus that I like have real good values that make me go like WOW how noble and the Taurus I like are really humanitarian and then there are some taurus that are fickle and about accumulating wealth but they are actually not the majority but the minority I have been noticing lately but give the rest a bad name. Taurus is fixed sign that has to do with what you value so if you value nice things you really stand by them and stick up for them and work hard for that which you value. I spent the whole night with my cancer sister and her amazing boyfriend who is a Taurus and I Hope she marries and as a result what I have learned about Taurus tonight is fresh in my mind but want to keep learning about this sign . Also I have been interacting by coincidence since june with Tauruses that are nice like my sister's boyfriend so I am been forced to re evaluate how I view them. IP: Logged |

Not bad amelia Vedic or sidereal imo is the real picture of who we are. Tropical is more like the fruit earth produce without effort for us. On many levels is useless to check unless of curiosity. Ever heard this Jesus quote: "Be IN the world but not OF the world!" Or Krishna - don't stop acting, but let not the fruit be your goal? These mean astrologically - live sidereal. lol I can't cite them correctly but this is the point generally. Don't have much time to write now but wanted to give u a high five IP: Logged |

I also think that the fact that Taurus is usually reserved a lot of people don't get to know the real them perhaps resulting in others filling the gaps with their imagination! (theory). My sister's boyfriend said tonight that he doesn't usually open up like this around people. He is the most family oriented person I have ever met. IP: Logged |

A charm quote: Hi,I have been paying more attention to Taurus since around September I believe because I realized around that time just how little I know and understand this sign. ....
Very curious are u calling this epiphany coz just about that time the tranz nodes were above ur natal nodes. This transit is often named epiphany.
Or it's an inspiration!? With this exalted Ura on 11.11.10 deg. it wouldn't surprise me at all. Also now the nodes are exactly over ur ASC-DC - the perfect time for what u do really. I have my ASC-DC line just two degrees from urs /opposite and nodes very close to urs too so have been going through similar themes lately

there are so many types too but i dunno what makes the difference from one taurus to the next. i guess you can go by decans.. i think the first one is venus ruled, the next virgo ruled and the third saturn ruled.. IP: Logged |
