i buy big ticket stuff mostly when i get a good deal or i'm offered something by someone i or my family knows.. so maybe a jupiter transit for lucking into those deals?IP: Logged |

From traditional vedic text, the Lal Kitab:"Mars in the 7th is considered to be highly conducive for gaining large property. But if mercury is in the 1st House, it will destroy the properties. It will be destroyed because of the foolishness of the native, At the same time if the Mercury is in the 8th house, it will again destroy the properties, but here the reasons for destination will be unknown and invisible, because the active elements of the 8th house are always secretive and mysterious in nature over which the native has no control." Ensure you do not have 8th House Malefics. If you do and still want to buy, try registering in child's name [provided the same configuration does not exist]. If there be no malefics, I found that Transit Asteroid HOUSE in good aspect to
your Natal Sun or Jupiter is a good time to buy or sell an apartment or land. Benefics in 4th House are a must. Even FORTUNA or TYCHE transiting here will do a world of good. ------------------

I bought my house when asteroid house conj my N asteroid fortuna conj Sun conj AC. On the same time I sold one of my childrens flat and got the double also this time.. I felt I got luck.IP: Logged |

My first thought is Saturn, transiting on the angles or conj personal planets, your mode of action will be more steadied, you'll be serious and thinking in terms of putting down a foundation and will want a good return on the investment.
The transiting Moon in Taurus or Capricorn also does not hurt, altho it moves so quickly. I would choose that Moon as a day to put in some heavy searching.IP: Logged |

Would you believe it:
I just checked those transits and I have
TR House on ASC (0 deg)
TR Tyche conjunct Sun (3 deg)
TR Saturn in the 4th house(Natally I actually have Sun conjunct Tyche and Fortuna conjunct IC). In my progressed chart Uranus is in the 8th house and asteroid House on MC (dead on) with Moon&NN, and Jupiter trines Fortuna... Keep your fingers crossed :-) ~ Lana

Absolutley :-) I will wish you good luck. Ive on lunar eclipse at 10 dec transit tyche conj transit mars conj my N pluto. Ive in my N mars conj tyche exactly. I really wondering what will happend.
