Many people ,the world over, still deny the exitence of zodiac signs- let alone the influence they have on us as people. Looking around me, there are just too many "zodiac coincidences" to dismiss this very ancient science. Especially, in mty exeperinec , when it comes to just basic sun-sign compatibility. There are too many real-life couples that seem to conform to sun-sign zodiac compatibility to count. IP: Logged

It matters not whether the couples are straight/gay. Aries - Gemini Cancer - Scorpio Pisces - Scorpio (just too damne many) Gemini - Taurus (suprisingly many) Sagittarius - Aries ( this is too cliche) Which couples, in your exeprience are the most predominant? I guess they only want to share their secrets with each other. I have noticed that the Cancers I know are more likely to mix things up and go for the different elements. It always seemed so weird to me but I guess I'd have to see the synastry charts. I know two Cancer-Sagittarius couples (that one seems the oddest to me since I know the Sags better and what they were/are like), Cancer-Aquarius, Cancer-Aries, Cancer-Leo, Cancer-Libra. I don't know, with everyone else it kind of varies. I myself (Leo) have dated mostly Capricorns and other Leos with a stray Taurus, Gemini and Aries here and there. I don't really have a theme I guess... ETA: Wait a second, I do know a couple of Taurus-Taurus couples too. Maybe it is a fixed sign thing, wanting to stick together. I haven't noticed Aquarius-Aquarius though so there goes that theory! IP: Logged

I would not want to be involved in that partnership, but it works for them. Leos and Sags are definitely more predominant than Leo/Aries. Scorpio/Libras, although they seem to stay together more out of loyalty and control than love, but I'm sure there's exceptions. There's another one I always see, if I think of it I'll come back. I know a lot of Sags and I am one myself. aqua/gemini and taurus/scorpio is pretty common, too. Friendships and romantically. I don't know if this is exactly common, but my libra friend has ONLY dated aries since she was like 17 (she's 25 now and three serious relationships later). My Aries friend also has only dated Libras. So I guess there's another combo I've observed. And also Capricorn/Aqua is more common than I would think. IP: Logged

My mom and dad Taurus woman-Aries man together since they first met at 16 My best friend: happily together for over 5 years, and plan to get married Capricorn girl-Libra man My cousin---seems unhappily married Gemini girl-Libra man My other cousin---seems happily married Gemini man-Taurus woman My friend---extremely happily married Scorpio man-Gemini woman Happy couples I have noticed: Scorpio-pisces Scorpio-Cap cap-pisces Cancer-Virgo (looks very happy! Date and attract Capricorn and Scorpio men who are initially attracted to my looks, humor, and independence but eventually learn I'm a little too "odd" and "strange" for their liken. Common couples I see: Cancer(male/female)- Taurus(male/female) Scorpio(male/female)- Capricorn(male/female) Capricorn(male)- Cancer(female) *** side note I tend to see Taurus parents with water sign babies and Scorpio parents with water sign and/or Aquarius babies. I also notice that all of my fellow Cancer lady friends (myself included) either have a Capricorn or Cancer father. Wow, that is actually what I've seen as well. There seems to be a predicatble mix of Taurus/Cancer affiliations in family relations. But in my experince, I've yet to encounter many Taurus/Cancer couples, even Capricorn/Taurus ones( depsite them being said to be very compatible) I think it also depends on the geographical location. I've read somwhere that Sun signs born in the Southern hemisphere(that being where I live) tend to take on the traits of their opposite sign. So in my case, I'd take on a lot of Gemini traits(Sun being in Sag). Hence, I guess, the many Gemini/Sag coupling I see( which are many). Now the Cancer/Aquarius, Cancer/Sagittarius one is a mystery to me. Yes, there seems to be an attraction between the two, but it buggles me of just how many Cancerians(instead of Lions) are with Aquarius and Sag. And they tend to stay together mind you. Now I've only listed couples that I see on a regular basis, no doubt the number of couples in "strange" /"unfamiliar" astrological partnerships are more than those that I see in my counselling sessions. I'm a sagittarius and married to a cancer. My sPouse is the only cancerian I ever dated. I've always been very attracted to his opposite sign, Capricorn perhaps due to my Venus sextile Saturn. I never imagined myself married to a cancer, yet it works out well despite some personality differences. His sun and Venus are in the 9th and he has sag moon, which makes him more flexible than other cancers I've known. My sun is in the 12th and I have a Pisces moon and Scorpio Venus which makes me less fearful of commutment. IP: Logged

I'm an Aqua dating a Cancer and he's laid back and lets me be FREEE~~~ I have a Pisces Venus, though, so I like commitment (with Saturn conjunct DSC). I don't bother him, he doesn't bother me. He also has a Leo Venus/Mars though. I've dated my fair share of Leo Suns/Leo Risings/Moons, come to think of it. Never been with a Sag Sun, even though I'm a Gem Rising. IP: Logged
